Analysis: What will it take for IU fans to call this a successful season?

If we can beat Kentucky...I will be pretty satisfied. Would like the Elite 8 but, sending Kentucky home would be very satisfying! -
Analysis: One step closer to a B1G title

Who would have thought that the article would have been written after a rough trip to Hawaii and a blow out at Duke? Pretty exciting to be a Hoosier fan right now! -
Analysis: It was a bad night to be a non-IU Big Ten basketball fan

Anunoby is the most exciting and complete freshman player to wear the Indiana uniform in a long, longtime in my opinion. Anunoby is always around the ball and is as solid on defense as he is on offense! Crean's timeout that allowed him to share some words of wisdom early in the first have was the turning point of the game. Yogi began attacking the rim and got the team into a positive flow. I enjoyed last nights game buzzer to buzzer! -
Analysis: Wisconsin shows why you shouldn't get too far ahead of yourself with Indiana's schedule

I watch the games now with no expectations of a win but, to watch the freshman talent come off the bench and play with some enthusiasm. They get after the ball and do make errors but, not at the level of Yogi and Williams. I am tired of watching Yogi penetrate the lane and leave his feet in hopes of completing an acrobatic bailout pass. My fire for Indiana basketball has been reduced to a smolder. -
Personal Counselor For IU Athletes?

Thank you. I am certain at this point both our son and daughter view us as nut jobs for the constant reminders they receive on a weekly basis but....you are correct. One day, they will thank us! You are correct about so many college age students....their parents are not active in their child's life. It warms my heart how many of his teammates gravitate to us when we go up to visit and we visit often. It tells me that these kids are in fact looking for love, support and guidance! -
Personal Counselor For IU Athletes?

Just because a young man is playing ball at IU does not mean that they parents are removed from the picture. I speak to our son daily about making the right choices and twice on Thursday before the weekend arrives. He may be an offensive lineman at the U of F but, he is still a young man that needs guidance and I do not put the burden on his coaches.
