One improvement: despite not shooting the ball well, guys looked more willing to shoot. Think we only had 4 turnovers....last few games we've had a lot because guys simply wouldn't shoot.

Yeah, he did. I'm not sure why ESPN focuses so much on Izzo's reactions to things he thinks are fouls and ignores any missed calls on the other end. Langford's been drilled a couple of times and they don't mention it. Forrester was definitely hit on the arms on his dunk. I'm sure it's because we've shown better effort tonight that the Morgan injury hasn't sunk in yet.

My fear is that Juwan picks up a quick two fouls. Happens a lot at Sparty. IMO, you can't worry about foul issues. Personally I get tired of seeing our best players sit a majority of the first half when they get two fouls. We can not win without Morgan and Langford having big games....period. Better we take a chance on them fouling out than having them sit out while the bench gets destroyed.

When was the last game where McRoberts brought in energy? He kills the offense and with his back situation, his energy is limited. "Energy" too often means "guy who sucks but tries hard". Right now he's a guys can't move as well but tries hard for for an injured guy.

Green is our best on ball defender. So if he doesn't play well at the offensive end, he still has one good end of the court. I can think of s couple of guys in the rotation right now that I couldn't say that about.

I feel De'ron could have been a nice contributor ice he hadn't gotten hurt. But the shape he is in now makes him UN playable.
