Troy University. 6'3" point guard. 14.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.8 assists. Not a good perimeter shooter (27% from three and 29% over his last two years)....but was the Sun Belt MVP this year. Hard nosed driver who despite his outside shooting woes shot 58% inside the arc. Plus defender....was third in all of division one with 2.9 steals per game. -
He was at USC last year.

If you are going to quote Goodman, remember that he had Brad Brownell as IU's next coach. -
A curling club? Don't they call that a broom?

Achor Achor into the portal portal. 6'9" wing, Kansas State. Played the previous year at Samford and averaged 16 and 6. Played in Kansas State's first seven games and averaged 7.3 points in just 13.3 minutes before getting hurt. Guys are starting to get an extra paycheck by getting hurt and getting another year.

I'm not sure how he has eligibility left.....20-21 he only played 10 games, but that was the covid free year. Every other year he played at least 24 games from 21-22 through 24-25. -
Good one: Cedric Coward, Washington State. 6'6" SG/SF. Limited to 6 games last year. Played at Eastern Washington prior. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/4903027/cedric-coward

I am higher on Enright than you are, but yeah that wouldn't be in love with that as a 1-2 combination at point guard. The one thing I do like about Comer is he does get to the line -- at least last year. 5.6 free throws from your point guard is a ton. It's also an abilty that Reed Bailey has -- he got to the line almost 7 times/game at Davidson. -

Lamar Wilkerson -- a guy we really want -- was at a JUCO for two years (missed one season due to injury). -

Probably doesn't because he only believes that we can beat out low and mid majors. Now don't go running to HSN to talk about me, Scotty. -

Dude, they were given big money TO STAY. If there was no chance of them leaving, there would have been no need for that. But you do you. -

The NCAA has given players who played in JUCO ball an extra fifth year this year while legisltation is going through. Lamar Wilkerson actually was at a JUCO for two years (one he was hurt, so redshirt) and then played three years at Sam Houston State....without the extra JUCO year granted, his eligibility would be up since he's had four years. -

Problem is that he moves like he' 6'11" with arthritis. Will be interesting to see wherever he lands if a new coach can fix his defensive issues. -

I like him as a rebounding presence + strong finisher at the rim. From the free throw line.....he's an adventure. -

Interesting IMO that Mgbako, Tucker, and Carlyle have not signed anywhere yet. Obviously not coming back to IU but I would have thought that Mgbako and Tucker would be zeroing in on places. I know Mgbako visited Kentucky but that was a little while ago. -
Pop Isaacs to Houston

Notice that Bernie Blunt played in 2021-22 and then didn't play again until 2024-25? Wonder what he did with his time off. Anyway, IU doesn't need a guy that will go 4 of 20 from the field.

Texas Tech is elite? Is that why they had to up their assistant's pay in order to keep him from going to lowly Indiana?

In other words, Buzz Williams is a guy who doesn't fit your pigeonholed view of the world and therefore doesn't count.
