With 12 seconds left you take one shot at the end zone, so I don't have a problem with it. Obvious miscommunication. I'm pretty confident that Sorsby had the call right there and the receiver didn't.....there would be literally no reason for the receiver to cut his pattern off there. The problem -- Allen calls a timeout prior to doing it, leaving him with one. Now anything caught in the field of play that doesn't result in a touchdown ends the game. Also the fact that we didn't have the first down goes back to our receiver running out of bounds a yard short of the first down on first down. Could have fought for that yard.

Hate losing to classless programs like Michigan State.
