The amount of times that women's refs let them stop, pivot, and travel before shooting is ridiculous.

On this board it was stated that his mom had said there had been 'very little' contact. That moved on the board to 'almost no' and then to 'none'. But all of that is really irrelevant when the actual point which was in any version it sounds like a staff with exactly one commit did not make enough contact with that recruit.

Man, that makes no sense to me. All the conference tourneys will be done this week, yes? Also, would help avoid the issue of NIT hosting teams needing to go on the road while the top 16 women's teams host if the women's tournament was started a week before the men's.

When is the women's selection show? Sunday? I can't envision a scenario when IU isn't at least a 4 seed if they beat Michigan. If they do, a loss to Iowa wouldn't move the needle down but another win would move it up.

IMO that just sounds like someone that heard a random rumor and asked Trilly a question. Doesn't look like he even answered it. Rumor could have come from anywhere and doesn't even give any names.....seems like if it was 'big donors' we would know some of them. Hard to imagine that game changing money was being pulled without someone openly bragging about it online and attaching their name to it.

Haven't seen anything that would lend credence to that. Unless it is coming from really big donor/s, can't see how that would get tracked in a one day period.

I believe the students are on spring break, aren't they? Problem will calm it a bit. Not that the students are going to as invested as the locals that have been attending the games for years/decades, but in terms of voicing their opinions in a don't-care-what-happens-to-me fashion, drunken students take the cake.

Likely will be very ugly at the game on Sunday if he doesn't whereas it could be a lovefest if he did. I'm expecting that when Woodson takes the mic on senior day there is going to be a lot of booing. Hate that our seniors would be put in that position.

On3 lists Michale Adams Jr from BYU as a transfer portal entry but I can't find any story on him. He originally committed to Kansas for the 2023-24 season, then decommitted and committed to Gonzaga in the summer of 2023. Decommitted from Gonzaga a month later then committed to BYU. Was not initially given eligibility by the NCAA for this season but challenged the decision and was given eligibility on December 15th, 2023. Played in one game about a week later. I believe he then was injured (saw somewhere that he was listed as injured) and didn't play the rest of this season. 247 still not listing him as in the portal, so trying to look it up elsewhere. Certainly has some questions as he has committed to more school than games he's played. But he is talented...was the 51st ranked 2023 recruit and 9th rated small forward. IU did recruit him when he was in high school.

The points raised by the poster seem obviously taken from message boards and use hyperbole.

I think she was was just innocently pointing out that he was attributed to saying it and didn't mean anything by it. Anyway, we're all on the same Camp Firewood team here.
