Juwan Morgan and Justin Smith are better than any player Vanderbilt will have on their roster next year. Either Romeo is an idiot or he was talking about Juwan when saying great players want to play with other great players.

Indiana offers him a great coach, bigger stage for him to build his brand, a better roster for next season, and they’re an Adidas school. Vandy offers Garland, that’s it. If it is a business decision like the Garland’s have stated, then it has to be Indiana.

I don’t think Romeo announcing at the AA game is bad for IU. Romeo is his own man and I would hope that he doesn’t care about hurting someone’s feelings when it comes to this situation.

Vanderbilt

1. I think the kid and the family strung along Rabjohns for the publicity and wow factor. I can’t respect that. 2. I think we are forgetting that we have three freshmen playing right now that look like they could be huge for Indiana. Aljami looks terrific on defense and will cutdown on some of those freshman mistakes as the season progresses. Moore looks like an athletic freak from what I saw last night but it also looks like he is a work in progress and may need a whole season to catch on and realize his role in Archie’s system. Justin Smith is a guy who will have growing pains as well but is already proving himself on the glass. 3. Because of the play of some of the freshmen and Davis, I think we have a good core to build around. I can see us making noise in the NIT this season and if the 2018 class is as good as advertised I can see us pushing for an 8 seed or better next year in the NCAA tournament. 2019 will be key. We have to get Watford. He makes year three under Archie potentially special.

That’s not lucky. Golf is the greatest thing in the world and I had no idea there was such a thing as a golf class. That class is Heaven and don’t let it go...ever.

The best thing about this whole recruitment is that if Crean we’re still coach, DG would already be a Vanderbilt signee. What Archie has been able to do in his short amount of time at Indiana is amazing. Win or lose on DG, we are going to be a force in the future. Also, DG will be wearing the candy stripes. No doubt in my mind.

If you don't want to bring your family under fire then don't act like an arrogant ass all the time. It may also help if he wasn't the worst coach in the NCAA. He has brought this all upon himself with his attitude and lack of coaching.
