**** anyone that complains about this win. We won it with guard play, something we could not get going all year. Those guys gained so much confidence tonight. Al Durham and Rob Phinisee went off in the second hald and Rob hit a damn game winner. We are on to Maryland on Monday and that is the only game that matters now. Penn State is #50 in kenpom btw in case anyone thinks they are a bad team. Yes we should have won in regulation by more but they have good players that hit timely shots but we found a way to pull it out and that is huge. This team is 6-4 with 4 of those 6 wins coming against power conference teams and we are getting better every game. As a fanbase let's quit the complaining and start supporting this damn team.

Need a better OC and Penix back so so bad

As fans we tend to be very reactionary to things, good or bad, that happen with our team. That can be said about any fanbase of any team. However, all we can do is sit and watch and root for our team to be the best it can be. Going 1-0 this week is very important for the Hoosiers. All we have is Penn State at home on Wednesday. We win that game, we gain some confidence and get ready to play Maryland at home on Monday. Let's just go 1-0 this week and then watch the football team beat the hell out of Ole Miss on Saturday. Go Hoosiers!

One game at a time baby let's get back on track tonight!

If last night in the Big Ten taught us anything, it's that 1 game at a time is the only way for any of us fans to keep any sort of mental sanity through this season

Lander getting more minutes and experience here in the next couple games could be huge. The kid is mega talented and not scared when he is out there I would love to see him play more and more.

I’m not saying I’m anti Archie or anything like that but does anyone else think Priller needs to give it a rest on Twitter? Quite possibly the worst scholarship player and maybe even the worst player to ever play for IU and he’s coming at the fans like we didn’t have to sit there and tolerate him wasting space on the team for four years?

It's really not that hard to see that when the effort picks up for this team the offense gets better. It's also clear that Archie is getting the message to them in the locker room at halftime but like what we saw tonight, you cannot get yourself in a hole in conference play and expect to just come out and win it in the second half. I don't know if we need to use more timeouts in the first half or just find some way to get these guys more fired up to start the game but this offense looks so much better when they are turning defense into offense and playing in transition. Gotta find a way to bring more energy consistently.

On a lighter note, if anyone is interested in sports betting and a little humor added in I found an Instagram account through a buddy of mine with some Hoosier fans that post their picks every day with some funny captions and show a lot of welcome bias towards the Hoosiers. I was at the game and it was very noticeable during the second half that Devonte was hurting. He tried to tough it out but honestly it just seemed like he wasn’t able to go full speed and if it wasn’t senior day I don’t think he would’ve played in the second half

Security at the game being very strict with the students. Very annoying

The GA system is awful. Some schools have students wait in line for tickets earlier in the day of a game or a few days before that way they can do whatever they want and then go to the game at a reasonable time rather than having to wait in line for hours just to make sure they don’t end up in the balcony. This is especially tough for weeknight games because some people aren’t able to get to the line early enough to get a decent seat because of class and they would rather watch on tv than sit in the balcony.

I am a student here and I highly disagree with this statement. I had to get there hours before tip off jus to make sure I was not in the balcony and when we looked up in the balcony close to tip off the student balcony section was completely full. There was not a single seat open in the student section that night and anyone that says that was not there and is making an uneducated guess. As students we work too hard to get good seats at these games to be talked about as a problem and it’s ridiculous considering what we’ve been through these last 4 years that people criticize us when we still continue to come to the games even though we haven’t had a bit of success since the 2015-16 season

OSU-Michigan game is the most prime example of tackle basketball you’ll find. Bilas just said the only way you’ll get a flag in this game is to grab someone’s facemask

I am praying for a tournament appearance this year. We haven't made it since I've been here and this might be the biggest week of home games we've had since I've been here

As a senior student at IU that has not missed a game since ive been here even if I had to buy a ticket that wasn't in my package, the student section will be ready to go tonight. Dollar beers at brothers haha

I used to live in Memphis and I have to say I loved it very much and I would not call it one of the "worst" cities in America

First off, everyone needs to chill out. There is no reason to complain about stuff you cannot control. A big reason for lack of student attendance is that the General Admission system is absolutely terrible. A lot of schools you go wait in line and you get a ticket and then go home like the morning of the game. This year I waited from 9 am to 9 pm for the Duke game and 8:30 am to 3 yesterday. Students have lives and are not all as crazily obsessed with IU basketball as others. If they fixed the system I firmly believe attendance would jump. Not to mention they dont let you bring drinks in the line even if theyre sealed and you can only bring snacks if they are unopened.

An IU fan sitting courtside almost got tossed last night too

1. All student tickets are not GA. There are many scattered throughout the Hall. 2. These posts are ignorant and take away from students like me that line up hours early to get in the front row of all these games and bring intensity and passion. 3. Monday is a big day for night classes at least from people I know. The Big Ten is partly to blame for changing the schedules. 4. For every fair weather fan you have the passionate fans that show up every game. If you take away seats from the students, you're taking away tickets from the kids that actually care about IU basketball and you will have games full of the fair weather fans you guys are talking about.

I can promise you that it was far from dead in there.

IMO Miller inherited a team similar to Crean's year 3 team. This team also reminds me of the Vonleh team.
