Yeah, I think this is one of the best experiences I've had with him, real insight into how he thinks about players and the game. I encouraged a lot of my coworkers to watch this stream, I hope some of them took me up on it.

I have been praising this kid since I saw his tape, so I won't stop now. Lagow has the physical tools he needs to put up insane numbers in our offense. But, it's not a simple offense to learn and it's set-up to take a lot of precision. If he takes mental reps all off-season, he can be very successful.

I think it's most likely a holdover from how he had to recruit in the past. Until you're in with the top players and an obvious "big boy" you need to figure out how to recruit the less heralded prospects. In order to maximize success there, you find diamonds in the rough. If they aren't a diamond, you can always throw them back in a season or two. Now that we're more consistently in with higher level prospects, it's less necessary and either Crean will fade it out or get stuck in it and it will destroy him.

Most people outside of the lowest classes in China speak poor but passable English. Everyone in the higher classes speaks it well. Plus, he could always pop over to Hong Kong.

Personally, I think they're too nice. Stadiums like Doak are what scream college football to me. You should be forced to be on your feet and active. I'd support removing the seats in Assembly Hall too. Put in standing steps like a choir.

I know he didn't end up the player we expected and not the best prospect for us, but it still makes me a little sad to not see Indiana there..I can't tell you how many times I yelled complementary things to him during his brother's games in hopes he was watching with the families.

How high did you expect/would be good for you? He will be an early second rounder, I would have taken him at the end of the first for the fifth year option.

I think Garnett will be a good fit for the Niners but I was disappointed we moved up for O-line and didn't pick Spriggs. It's funny, the trade-up was almost EXACTLY what I predicted except the player. I will add the team analysts I trust most played their audio for that pick to show how underwhelmed they were and the two names excitedly yelled when guessing who the pick was were "Jack" and "Spriggs". Not much of a compensation, but he won't last in the next round.
