At this point, a part of me hopes we get blown out and humilated. Maybe that will motivate MW & staff to make major changes. I don't care who's a good kid, good teammate, blah blah blah. If the player doesn't cut the mustard - cut 'em loose. Sad to say this, but I think we all recognize this roster is what it is - a bottom third B10 one and we've had enough of it.

Painfully correct. I'm done expecting or hoping we improve because of player improvement. How many of thse guys have the exact same deficiencies as they did as freshmen - poor decision making, poor FT shooting, developing more range, etc.. Honestly the only improvement I saw this season was better overall team defense (likely because we no longer run that stupid packline garbage).

Yes. I'm not sure how much better this group would be with a different coach. Same players, with the same short comings making the same stupid decisions. Woodson's fate/success hinges as much on his ability to dramatically improve the roster (and quick) as it does his coaching ability. Obviosly his recruiting can't be judged yet, but his first results in the transfer market are unacceptable.

The curse of Archie Miller's lousy recruiting continues to cause us misery. Langford may be the only good shooter he brought in and I'm not sure how possible it is to get one in the portal - good shooters are too valuable and the competition for the few available is massive.

RU is in the game, largely, because of lucky bounces and favorable officiating...

Does the NCAA or B10 have a statistic for scoring efficiency when benefitting from sh*tty officiating? I think RU is 100% tonight.

Anyone care to elaborate about the recruiting blunders mentioned earlier? Were these "promote your alma mater while recruiting for another school" or "toilet blunders"?
