Pretty sure Yogi or Rob was guarding Nunn when he got all the open threes -

I can see that purpose but I think it hardly creates much confusion. It has gotten a lot better but usually I'm yelling at the TV because if we ran a pick and roll, it would be glorious because like I said, the screen is wide open almost every time and I think Ive seen us run one pick and roll in Creans era. -

Forming a complete and coherent sentence has nothing to do with computers….. -

Something is definitely wrong…with your spelling and sentence structure. I need a translator to read your posts. -

My only question is someone Ive been thinking about for the past few games…what are the purpose of the screens set in our offense. We RARELY run a pick and role or a pick and pop. We don't really set screens to get people open. We just set screens just to set them it seems. Frustrating me. If 3s aren't falling our offense is usually stagnant. Luckily they are falling this game. I wish we ran way more pick and roll though because the screener is usually wide open in this offense. -
As far as the Russell/Trimble/JBJ comparison its funny to compare Trimble and JBJ stat wise. JBJ averages more points, rebounds, and steals. Trimble averages more assists. Interesting to look at

Utah isn't a pretender. They are a good squad! It was one game. There are multiple players Id trade off this squad for Delon Wright and Jake Poetll off Utah
-
Then again Dan Dakich has been known to trash Gordon as well. There have been multiple times that Dakich has stated that Gordon was overrated at IU
-
Those weren't my words. Thats to quote some of the analysts on the games Ive seen OSU play this year.

Unless you are UNC and get blown out a few times and somehow stay in the top 25
-
Trimble is far ahead of Russell too. Russell has disappeared in big games. Against lesser talent he has had great games but falters against big competition
-
They are going to be in the top 10 pretty soon. They have big men that we can't even touch. Their backcourt is also pretty darn good. With them ranked so high and us not even sniffing the top 25, we still have a LONG way to go. I do think that head to head we can play with them.
-
Have you seen Notre Dame play this year though? They are a heck of a team. We can play as good as we can this year but Notre Dame is the best team in Indiana this year. They have a complete team.

Hoosier Transfers and Recruiting Targets

From the Inside the Hall article about Austin's transfer to Butler: "He received a medical redshirt for the 2012-2013 season after suffering a broken left kneecap, which means he’ll have two years of eligibility remaining. Etherington plans to graduate in May and is expected to be eligible next season." -
Louisville is 1-3 against ranked teams this year.

(2015) SG Shake Milton to SMU

Thats the 2016 draft. That as in two years. There is a list of top 100 prospects that has Troy, JBJ and Yogi. A list of top prospects is VERY different from a mock draft -
DraftExpress Rankings: Top 100 Prospects

Im not saying he is as good as Yogi, of course JBJ has weaker D but people play it off like he is the worst defender we've seen at IU. His D has improved as the season went on. -
I guess it depends on if kids want to just make money riding pine/being a rotation guy or actually be a great player in NBA
-
i think all the players on Kentucky say they are fine with it now but watch if they lose a game or two, then the complains will start to ooze out of the sewer that is Lexington
-
The funny thing is a big majority of the kids that have gone to the NBA through Kentucky are now rotation players and bench warmers in the NBA. Apart from Anthony Davis, Cousins, and Wall. Nerlens Noel starts for the 76s but that isn't much to brag about. Bledsoe could be a superstar but has injury problems. They have gotten a lot of players to the NBA but Calipari doesn't really do anything to prepare them for that.

(2015) SG Shake Milton to SMU

Well I meant, no one smart would go pro off this team. No one is near close to being ready. Troy and JBJ have lots they need to work on before going pro and Yogi's height doesn't work in his favor. And I don't know what mock you have been looking at but the latest mock draft from DraftExpress doesn't list Troy, JBJ, or Yogi….so your statement was incorrect.( http://www.draftexpress.com/nba-mock-draft/2015/list/ ) Out of all the latest major mock drafts (as of wednesday) only one has Troy in it. They have him as end of 1st rounder, but he is not even listed as a 2nd rounder in any of the others. So you can take that for whats its worth. I mean he could go, but it would be a huge mistake. If he left now, i think he'd spend most of his time in the D league. -
Exactly what I was trying to say. If we had not gone after Hollowell and Patterson we would've been hearing how Crean "doesn't recruit Indiana kids" and since they did come its Creans fault that they didn't turn out as expected.

Now I think this years group are 365 players. At least JBJ and Rob Johnson are. I think last years class weren't right off the bat but I think Troy, Devin, and Collin are definitely in that group of busting their tails. This group is a lot better than last years
