Not worth keeping him for one player haha

I don't even see how Kansas is allowed to keep playing with this whole situation going on?!
-
Well each team has to pay their pay for the CBI, unlike the Big Dance and the NIT. So I think its just an extra expense that people are unwilling to pay
-
Vitale has also stuck up for UNC and Syracuse. He is a joke. He just pumps up these "elite" schools and its nauseating

The only thing I didn't like about the 30 for 30 was that they seemed to try to make excuses for him as to why he had a subpar NBA career. Blamed it all on that fact that he played on bad teams and didn't have good coaches blah blah blah

Potential fallout from coaching change

On Yogi though..unless something terrible happens with this team, I don't see him leaving either. Leaving early for the draft because you are a projected 2nd round pick…never heard that one before. A contract for a 2nd rounder is not guaranteed -

Correct. No JBJ listed either -

If he declares for the draft I highly doubt he gets drafted. I went through ten of the most recent mock drafts today. Only one listed Yogi (around 45th pick) and none listed Williams as even a second round pick. If Troy Williams had some people whispering in his ear that he should go, I could definitely see him listening and going, but I don't think it will be a smart choice. He'll end up in the D League where there are tons of players just like him -
Penn State was invited to the CBI again this year but declined. Minnesota also declined.

Penn St played in the CBI last year so he has played in the post season

How is it that Kansas can continually play if they had been using an ineligible player all season?

Knowing Purdue fans, if they beat Kentucky, they would NEVER let it go. Go Bearcats! -
All accounts are that they expect him back. Crean said in his interview that it wasn't as bad as it looked. I think I heard Don Fischer say in an interview that they expect him to play

Crean was the lead recruiter on all the guys that won that National Championship at MSU. Matten,Jason Richardson, Morris Peterson, amongst others. -

In a couple of years Id rather have IU look at Dane Fife than Ron Hunter -

I just think we are a better team when he doesn't play. I haven't even been impressed by his defense this year, but I wouldn't be surprised if he came out of nowhere and had a decent game -

Easy solution….lets root for Cincinnati in the first round against Purdue! -

I don't see it. He hasnt been able to finish cleanly at the rim all year. He drives, gets to the rim, and all of a sudden acts like he has never shot a basketball in his life. -
I respect that Cal has gotten these guys to buy into playing D and his sub patterns and his system but Im still not a believer. They have played a soft schedule and I think the reason I can't stand them because ESPN and the media has built them up so much and they act like playing Missouri, Arkansas, and Alabama is some great accomplishment. I can't wait to see them actually play someone in the tournament. I think they got very lucky with the seeding and the bracket that they are in. Kansas is the weakest #2 seed in my opinion

I think it depends on him and Troy Williams. If Troy can score and not turn the ball over and JBJ can play confidently, we will go far -

Kentucky over Purdue. Basketball wise I don't think Purdue stands a chance in a matchup with Kentucky. Hammonds and Haas aren't athletic enough to handle Kentucky's big -
I just don't believe the hype of this years team. Yes they are great, but they have only played 3 ranked teams all year and play in one of the weakest conferences in my eyes. They have had too many close calls against subpar competition. I see them getting beat in the tournament. I'll admit that its impressive that all their guys have bought into the system though.

2010 vs 2011 recruiting classes - Which killed us more?

2012 takes the cake. So many great players that we skipped over in that class because of "The Movement". -
IU's Greatest 3 point shooting team of all time
bnkepner replied to Naturalhoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I think the 2002 team with Hornsby, Coverdale,Fife, Jefferies, and Moye was a great three point shooting team as well. They were also pretty clutch
