    Like i posted earlier, i used to put the screw ups in the center circle and make them watch their teammates run until they vomited, always took care of the problem. The screw ups hated this.

    What I used to do was put the "screw ups in tge center circle and have them sit as all their teammates ran until the vomited. Usually only had to do this once a season, and usually it worked. Lol
