He just needs to come back. Even overseas, he won't be a premier player. The systems will expose him badly in my opinion. He really only works in an offense with guidelines and loose principals like Creans. He has chosen to make a name for himself by making highlight plays (and failing often) instead of just being a trustworthy and reliable resource on the court. Unfortunate situation as holt would have been one helluva 4 man beside Bryant. I just think we have/had terrible leadership. Perea and Williams are just two dudes tearing team chemistry apart. I do think troy was better off with this year's squad who had their collective head on straight. The last 2 years it seemed like zero chemistry existed. Seriously guys, it sucks hard but just tip your hat. We quite honestly didn't play bad. You just can't beat a team shooting like that. IU just ran into that night. UNC will go back to not throwing one in the ocean now. Fantastic season Hoosiers. It was a joy to watch this year. Just awesome all around. Yea, 3 sweet 16's and 2 conference titles in 5 years. I will never understand how people think we are just going to go from the gutter to hanging banners. It's asinine. We would be nearly brain dead to run off a coach who just gave us these last 5 years after being a gutter of a program for 20. It's not about lowered expectations. IU is now reestablished as one of the powerhouses in the big ten. We are making mini runs in the tourney. We just took out UK again. Looks like all the alcohol and weed infractions are behind us. Grades are great. Step away from the ledge guys. The banner is coming. IU as a program is in a fantastic spot. Next year we are looking like UNC size wise.. forwards all day. We look very good still for next year. Need an experienced guard running the show but we did just fine with Yogi his freshman year. TB will tear the big ten up next year with OG running along side him. Hartman will be a better version of himself next year which is an excellent thing. A lot of next seasons success is going to hang on Troy. We would go from very good to great again if Troy gives it one more go. No doubt he should but I think the monet talks. Max was all in on this game and has been all year. Nick completely dissapeard. Zero post feeds will cause a easily defendable offense. So so shooting. Never mind that crap.. if IU doesn't put on an epic 3 point performance, this is a nail biter or IU is up. A team can only take so much until the spirit breaks.
