I wouldn't be so quick to judge this kid just based on his lack of national ranking. He looks really good. I'm really trusting Crean here, and if OG commits, I think we'll all be very happy with him. He has the chance to practice and learn from some of our other players and develop into a very solid 4 year player. Je'Ney is gonna make a meal out of this guy. ive seen on other forums that the predicted 2015 would be 3. If that ends up being the case, a Morgan, Milton, and Anunoby would be a pretty solid class. Maybe this would be more ideal for its own thread. But it would be interesting to dive further into who might stay and go after this season and how many potential open scholly spots we'll have next year. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners

Article per ITH... http://www.insidethehall.com/2014/08/04/derrick-jones-takes-hands-off-approach-to-recruitment/   I wonder if it could be beneficial to IU for Derrick's parents to handle his recruitment for him for now.  From what i've gathered being on these boards and reading other articles, it seems that IU does a really good job with getting Parents involved with the student-athletes.  Also, IU looks good to parents in terms of the APR scores and student-athlete constitution thing where the player could come back and get a degree in most circumstances.   If the parents are handling his recruiting for Derrick for now, we might be able to make a really good impact and have our foot in the door possibly.

What do you all think of his shot when near the basket?   It seems a bit out of control in that video from ITH, but he sure can get it in the hoop regardless.

Would be interesting to see if Clark will be able to get some playing time and not ride the bench for academic reasons like Kaminsky did. I'm assuming since Clark's background is a bit unorthodox, his prior schooling may make it difficult for him to adjust to the academic standards.
