So i have a question that a couple friends and i have been debating. Obviously this is all hypothetical since none of us know what Romeo will decide. But for the sake of debate, let me ask this. If you could only have one of these, what would you want/think is better for this team moving forward, 1) A true PG (which we lack) in Phinisee for 4 years 2) Romeo (if he was committed per say) for 1 year. Which would you prefer if you actually had a choice and what would be better for the team

I am a huge Georgia Bulldog football fan. Mark Richt was a fantastic coach. Went to bowl game every single year he was there. He had top 10 classes last 3-4 years. Kirby walked in with great talent, just needed a little polish. Richt got fired because the norm became he always would lose big games. Georgia football and Kirby hire are night and day and cannot be compared to IU and Archie hire. **Richt was hired by Miami and was one win away from playoff also.

Todd Meier, Winston Morgan, Steve Alford, Stew Robinson and Uwe Blab. That starting 5 is most likely better than any player we got. I bring them up because when they weren't playing to their level and not making RMK happy, he benched them. Didnt start them against Iowa. It showed a message. Lit a fire under their a$$ and let them know that just because you are upperclassmen or a big recruit, doesn't mean you are "entitled" to start or play more. I wish CTC would have done this with his teams a couple times but never did. Start next game with McBob, Priller, Jager, etc. Even if they only play for 30 seconds or 30 minutes, it gets a point across to this team that you EARN your time on the court, you aren't entitled to anything. And maybe, just maybe, lights a fire in this team.

Same problem. Not showing up in App Store and when i go to purchased section and try to download again, tells me it isnt available. Do we know if/when this could be resolved?

Friends and i have come to call this the "little brother complex". We look at it as you know how the younger brother always strives to beat or be better than the older brother. Any time the younger brother gets a chance to rip on the older brother, he always rips on them and never lets you hear the end of it. While the older brother (knows what success feels like and knows not every game/month/year is going to be roses) knows that he may be down but knows he will be back on top soon and just takes all this crap as fuel for the fire. We dont berate them with excuses (crean left a crap team) or bring up banners (been too long), we just sit there and smile and say alright, just remember this, you may have us now, but dont get used to it. This is coming from someone who is dating and living with a Purdue fan. This cant turn around soon enough ha

Of course i want to win tonight, but what i want to see more than anything is some fight. I want to see which players really want to play, players who will fight for loose balls, who will scrap on the boards, who gives it 100% on every play no matter what, i want to see kids who know its a privilege and an honor to have "Indiana" across their jersey. Basically i want to see kids play Indiana basketball

Darius didn't come here and he would have had a much bigger fan base and way more publicity here but instead did what his heart thought was right and stayed home to be with his family and friends. Now instead of crying over spilt milk, im going to continue to support who we have on our team and players that we know are coming in. Look forward to watching them grow as players and young men. We have a solid base and a great coaching staff and look forward to seeing this team rise. On to Seton Hall Wednesday.

FWIW, there was multiple people talking about Jerry Meyer having a past of changing his CB pick the day off, so far he hasn't *knock on wood*

My F5 button has gotten a major workout. But with the season starting and Romeo not committing until the spring most likely, it will be nice to get a little break from the recruiting train.

No matter what happens, i am just glad the season starts tomorrow. If he commits to IU then that's fantastic If he commits to Vandy, at least we have games to watch and the actual team on the court to talk about and try (keyword try) to take my mind of his recruitment ha Either way, this kid is a class act and ill root for him either way...at least twice a year when they play this one school in the SEC i dont think any of us are fond of.

Winston has said that Darius has known for weeks...do you think he told Shittu that he is going to go to Vandy and that made Shittu cancel his visit and basically commit to Vandy and the visit Darius wants with Archie is to thank him for everything but to tell him he is committing to Vandy? He seems like a class act kid and wouldn't want Drew or Archie finding out where he is going to play via twitter/video announcement. **This is all just my opinion and a guess** I hope none of this is true, but i feel like we just took a giant step back

I wish and hope that we get at least one if not both, but the fact that Arch got us within the hunt and this close without even coaching a game at IU has to say something. No matter what happens with these two, Archie is going to get us back. Rome wasn't built in one day, dynasties don't get built over night. But if we happened to get both, that would sure be a huge and quick step forward ha
