NIT Game Thread - IU vs. St. Francis (PA) | 3/19 @ 7PM(ET) on ESPN

Yeah Romeo isn’t playing tonight. Heard it on radio -
Let’s come out with the idea of winning it all, getting revenge against Arkansas perhaps along the way and winning would be a nice way to show the committee we should have been in over teams like Belmont. Plenty to play for, just depends on if you look at it that way or if players don’t care about NIT.

Is the draft at 04:30 still? Email yesterday said yes, but app says 07:30.

Rutgers at Indiana Game Thread | Sunday 3/10 @ Noon ET on BTN

I’ll never forget when Crean was introducing Yogi. What he said and how he started breaking down almost. It was very sincere and I thought it was amazing and a class act. Archie might be that was with his kids and kids he had for 4 years. These were still Tom’s players and kids who Archie didn’t recruit. Guess we will see in 3 years and beyond if Archie gives heartfelt speech or if that just isn’t him. -

We will be in section M of the lower level. It’s not either of our first game, but is both our first senior nights. Should be a great time. Hopefully it’s rocking since it’s essentially a March madness play in game. -

KBhoosiers and I will be there doing our part haha. Side note : I’ve never seen an Indiana loss in person soooo here’s to hoping that doesn’t change. Side note : if it happens, I will fully put the blame on KBhoosiers and never allow him to attend another IU game with me hahaha -

Is it just me or is it majorly ironic they have a “LiverRite Liver Aid” commercial on during an IU game.... -

Better odds....being down 10-0 at under 16 or juwan having two fouls by under 16? -

Exactly, so if we lose someway or another, then it’s not my fault. It’s KBhoosiers fault haha -

But I’m going to that game and IU has never lost a game I’ve been at. Coincidence....I think not. Guess I should add that KBhoosiers is joining in this adventure to Assembly. -
I’m already in. Awaiting my challengers haha

Smith just worries me. I feel he is definition of “one step forward, two steps back”. He will do something good, get “confident”, then have two straight turnovers. Let’s hope I’m wrong here. -

All I know is, win or lose, I’ll be trying out the spare bedroom and seeing how that mattress is...since the fiancé is a purd....well a fan of the opponent tonight -
I am 29 (first time every saying that, birthday is today ha) and I can remember the over the back on boozer to beat them, Kent State, Oklahoma, and the the Juan Dixon buzzsaw. I was around 7th grade watching the duke game in a hotel because I was traveling with my AAU team. Anyways, I feel lucky to remember that run. Sadly, I don’t remember a whole lot of RMK. I remember some, but not as much as I’d like. Basically, the point of the story, my two brothers (24 and 16) are growing up in that era you are speaking of. Where the success isn’t there for them. They haven’t seen any real success and don’t know anything about the history of Indiana university except what they see on YouTube or what our dads brags about seeing/missing after a few coors light. Hopefully that will all change for their sake and ours alike.
