I believe that Glass is just to proud of a person to admit he was wrong with the extension.

  Hopefully there is plenty to talk about this off season, but I do not want to get my hopes to high.

  This is kind of what I was thinking so that he could get the recognition he deserves. Also if not before the last season atleast before the last home game.

  I know there are rumors of a few players telling them they were not even interested before he really even got started recruiting them.

    It just keeps making it harder.

Oh it would get the message across for sure. That would be the only positive that could come out of it.

  I could also see this totally getting out of hand. If IU is there and IU is playing bad. The boo birds could be out in full force even if it is only half full.

    The problem with his is after losing to Northwestern the first time they laid a total egg against Iowa then after losing two in a row at home and two in a row overall they came out and laid a goose egg against MSU besides the final 2 minutes where it still would not have been a game had MSU hit free throws. 

  I was just talking about this with a buddy. We think the Craft beer business might be a good one to go into if he is back.    I really don't see how Purdue don't make it and we do honestly. I know they have some bad losses and we have some good wins, but they beat us twice head to head once even on our home court. I guess that is why I am not on the selection committee though.

  I have already came to the conclusion that if he does I am just going to start stocking the liquor cabinet as soon as the season ends because its going to take a lot of it to get through next year.

To me the Northwestern game only negatively impacts our chances of making the Tournament(losing). I do not really think that is the type of team that can make or break someones decision. The overall side of our draw though looks favorable to help us though

I am not liking the odds of that one right now. Especially with us more than likely being number 1 to get Bryant now. 

  As of this evening we have fell out of the last 4 in. I see the Northwestern game as a game that would not help us any with there RPI. I believe to be in we have to beat Maryland.

Lunardi now has us as one of his last 4 out. I honestly don't see a win vs NW or Nebraska helping that either. I think we need to win 2 games.

  Oh it was nothing against you and I am glad you shared. We all like this kind of info. Sorry if you took it the wrong way. 

  That has been being said for a few days, but a lot of the major sources have started to back off of it now. I would love to see it and I will admit it did get my hopes up, but I don't know at this point.

I agree about smart he would not be a coach I would want. I think any of the others would be a good hire. I just don't know If Bloomington can handle another year under Crean. There is a lot of arguments going between a lot of IU fans now that are getting heated. If we switched coaches now I think he could hit the ground running because I don't think JBJ goes pro after this year and I don't think Williams would sit a year. If he underachieves after next year but those players have a good year the team could be fairly bare for the next coach.

  I don't know that it is a minority of the fan base anymore though. I have not talked to one person in person that thinks he should still be the basketball coach at IU. 

    Wasn't there a lot of dirty stuff going on in the recruitment of Hanner? I can't remember exactly but I thought it was him.
