Smith and Durham have never been coached by Crean. Archie re-recruited those guys and as bad as it is we’d be far worse off without them. It’s not isolated to you but at what point do we stop pointing the finger at Crean and await for Miller to start taking responsibility for this mess. This is bad no way you slice it and awaiting 2 more years for those guys you mentioned to graduate I’m not confident it will get any better, in fact I think it could get far worse as recruiting will slide if it already hasn’t.

Aren’t there only 2 Crean players left at this point or are we still including Smith and Durham? Waiting for a team full of Jr’s and Sr’s doesn’t sound very appealing either.

I was being sarcastic as that’s been the narrative after some of these previous debacles. Mainly from OF who has been very quiet recently

I will say I’ve handled myself better this game. Not yelling nearly as much at my TV, partly as I didn’t expect to win this one. My 1 year old pup greatly appreciates it. He spent the second half of the IU bowl game in his crate as he couldn’t handle me. Wasn’t even a New Years resolution but perhaps I’m gaining some of that perspective that’s talked so frequently here after these terrible performances

Just frustrating man, I keep hearing help is on the way but how much are those 3 going to play over a Sr Durham and JR Phin. Green is beyond awful and he plays near more than anyone on the roster, I just don’t see much changing next year

A lot of focus on the lineups. I say this as an Archie fan when he came in, but does he have many options. Our backup guards may be just as good if not better than the starting guards. We rely heavily on a freshman forward who we struggle getting the ball and we have no one who can consistently shoot or provide offense. I just don’t know if we’re very good, and I hope that doesn’t make me one of the doom and gloomers.

Wish we could find ways to get TJD the ball behind him beating people down the floor. Most of his touches so far has been near the 3pt line

I’d just as soon watch Franklin than Durham. What was that drive and chuck at the basket. He does that far too often

How much double bubble does Archie go through a game? That seemed like he popped in a couple pieces there
