I still think this will be a good team in the end but possible losses like these could be prevented with a consistent shooter. It’s abysmal and I’m an Archie supporter.

I’m annoyed that in Miller’s tenure, he could not recruit or develop a good consistent shooter.

It’s the big ten that are imposing these measures. I’m highly involved in the ACC and hear close word for the SEC. Things are way worse here covid related. They just don’t care about their student athletes. They care more about money. Big difference.

Not incompetent at all. Yeah these kids might be fine on their own but when they off the field they spread to others and in turn spread it to others etc etc. If you’re a denier of Covid’s impact, well I doubt I can change your mind. I for one I’m glad they took a cautious approach. This is a new thing and sports be damned if it could endanger lives.

You can’t predict what other teams are going to do . Duke is the perfect model. I know their offensive line and they told me that they were tested twice a day and that if anyone would get it, their entire practice unit would be shut down. They made sure as a team to be very strict. U can’t predict what other teams will do outside of practice. If your looking at this simply from a sports perspective that’s fine but from a health perspective I understand and respect the path they choose. From what I’m hearing the SEC doesn’t care about their players. Somethings are more important than football.

I doubt it. i think the Big Ten did it the right way when it came to dealing with the virus. Yeah they canceled the season but they reviewed it and changed their minds. If Ohio State can’t keep it under control, then that’s on them. These are difficult times and you can’t fault anyone for taking precautions.

Is anything official yet about Penix?

Do you guys agree this is a great result. I think this could help us get good recruits... am I wrong? I just think we showed the nation we have not only a great team but a good program.

I think we’re hanging with them but we just choked. That horrible fumble ( there was hardly any contact), is the game if they score a TD.

I hope we beat them and I think we’ll have a chance. I think we have to go up 21-0 in order to match their depth. On a side note- if we at least hang with them, I think recruiting will be a lot easier in the future.

I’m just so glad that my joy of watching IU football will no longer just consist of me saying “ Oh yeah , we beat the spread”.

These guys have swag. We’ve never had swag. I even had to look up the definition of swag just to make sure we had it.
