I would totally agree. It was an intriguing watch. I knew we were in a cold spell, but I didn't know how bad it was. It also shed light on just how critical Kobe was.

Thanksgiving never gets old there! -
My buddy turned me on to these guys a couple of weeks ago. Some really good rock!

IMO we have more athleticism this year and won't have to rely on guys camping on the 3pt line. I think we will see a beast in X, a rare mature JHS, and a more determined Bates.

I have to believe that Parker Stewart was the thorn last year. If our spot up shooter can't spot up and shoot (and that's the only thing in his bag is to spot up and shoot), then it totally disrupts your offensive flow. It totally blows my mind that he started nearly every game last year. Not a slam on the kid, but man, if it doesn't work try something else.

Norwell is 3A class.
-
Norwell had a costly fumble and lost by a point Friday night to 4A #10 Columbia City. Columbia City was extremely well coached and had a good game plan. They held possession just about the entire 3rd quarter. Felt sorry for our Seniors. Hopefully they come out with piss and vinegar for post season.

I am sure Louisville is in tears...
-
Excited to see Norwell in this one. I think they go up against Franklin Central. Luke McBride is the coach's son and a very deadly shooter. They actually have a little size this year too.
-
They can kill you with different options on offense. We have 3 backs capable of breaking loose at any time. The biggest surprise is our passing game. Our slants are picking up major yards. We start slow though. A top tier team will not allow us to climb out easy. I think Chatard definitely plays a better schedule. Would be a great matchup. Norwell is senior laiden.
-
AC has a formidable program. Seems like you guys reload every year and make head way in your class. It would be a good matchup for sure. Between our conference schedule, they try to do more 3A matchups out of conference.

Ended a looooooong drought.
-
My Norwell Knights are rolling in 3A (currently #6 right now). Hopefully they can make some post season noise this year.

Checked in on Gold and Black. Not much discussion going on over there except for a lot of "I told ya so's". By the way, a big thank you to all of the moderators on BTB for keeping this site clean, civil, and on topic. Their forum is a complete disaster.

good heavenly lord!!!!!!!! Let's start the season please!!!!!!!!!

The talent on this is at a very high level. So much fusion happening....metal, jazz, electronic, etc.
-
It will be like Vitale praising Duke the whole game only it will be Walton rambling on how good the Pac-10 used to be and the dominance of UCLA.
-
So what does that leave Northwestern with?
-
Wahab leaving Maryland and going back to Georgetown.
-
Feeling better about scheduling Kansas and Arizona now. Come seeding time, we will benefit if we go 50% in those two games.
-
It's Purdue!, It's Purdue!

Well good lord!!!! Can I publicly retract my defense statements of Brown?
