Jesus walked on water and so does Cig. IU basketball is unfortunately drowning. It’s freaking January. Nothing else to do but root on the HOOSIERS! A 20+ point win would be tremendous! Do NOT fear the Hardshells!

Why? It’s on NATIONAL TV…… everyone can see the IU mess if they want to. Potential recruits most likely will be watching. Purdue still ranked 11th. Illinois still 17th. Seems like you’re comparing apples and oranges and getting a bananas result. Believe me…. I wish the team could play to their potential game in and game out. Just can’t find anything to be optimistic about. Once again, we’re pinning our hopes of getting into the dance by winning our conference championship. That’s something IU has never done. It’s a travesty.

After the last 2 debacles there still is a BtownBanners IU basketball fan forum and people still post on it?? Really? Those fans must be uber friggin’ IRON HEADS! GO HOOSIERS!

One thing I think is very impressive is Rice and Ballo coming to the aid and standing up for Goode. A lot of problems on this team but ……team cohesion isn’t one of them. Despite the Coaching, the talent needs to rise to the top and flat out PLAY! LFG!!!

Goode, I love you dude, BUT you’re baking up a dead hogs azz with that comment and the team’s results PROVE IT. It is quite evident the fans want it more than the Coaches and Players do. Look in the mirror, get back to us and tell us where the problems lie.

I just started to wear and feel good in my IU gear again and then last night’s debacle happened. Back in the drawer and closet it goes. So disappointing.
