Thanks to the reply to the question. Thought after the firing that we might hear more about the "real" reasoning behind the move. Schools/coaches usually don't like to give up high profile games especially with the tv publicity.

What is the 'back story ' for IU to pull out of the 2K event next season? Is there any connection to a potential dismissal of the coach?
