This game is so so so there for the taking. Come. On. Nebraska is not good!

I don’t like this team at all right now. I’m going to the game Saturday and will root for them through and through, but even I have to temper my expectations. There’s so much that’s wrong right now.

I don’t care that we don’t have the best guards. This team makes winning difficult because they do not protect the basketball, possess a high basketball IQ or do the little things right consistently. I swear if they did these things on a nightly basis, we wouldn’t notice our lack of elite options at the guard position because the team would play as a TEAM, and those teams (more often than not) WIN.

Whatever, you’re down 8 after playing horrible. Take care of the ball, play good defense and get the heck out of here with a W. This team has got to get out of their own way. It’s maddening!

You have the opportunity for a 2 for 1 while down 10, and there is no basketball IQ to push the pace and make it so there is a good shot. I don’t get it. Bad basketball.

Nebraska isn’t even good. The Hoosiers are playing like trash and within striking distance. As long as there isn’t a last minute crash, I like the team’s chances in the second half…as long as they play GOOD.

This team is making it harder than it has to be.

Nothing against Cupps at all, but that would be a kick to the teeth.

My gripe with Coach Woodson is that he acts like he is still in the NBA at times. He will quit coaching when the team “does not have it”, at least that is what his mentality appears to be. The team embodies that mentality and it is really frustrating.

The thing that bothers me the most is this game could have been used as a massive step forward and instead the complete opposite happened. This isn’t UConn. This is Auburn on a national stage, and the whole squad was outworked and outcoached.
