I didn’t get to watch the game today, nor did I get to record it on DVR (which I’m really pissed about). I’ve watched the complete play by play highlights on YouTube a couple of times now. Before I say anything else. I would like to say, I absolutely love Race Thompson. I just do, I think he’s tough. BUT….is it time to swap JG for Race? What I saw in those highlights on offense in the 1st half and especially in the 2nd half when JG was in the game, was spacing. It gave our guards room to drive, TJD to work in the lane. That’s what I’m saying though. You say that he can get his own shot, handle the rock and guard multiple positions. I didn’t see a hint of that this season. Yeah, maybe he did vs Northern Illinois or Merrimack. What did he do to make you think all this? I know he’s just a freshman but damn. I know right. With Michigan st, I know that you are referring to Michigan. But, I want to talk about Michigan st. Why are they considered a lock and a 7 seed? They are 2-6 in their last 8 games. Absolutely would love another shot at those assholes. However, I feel that it is so far from reality. When watching the PU vs Wisky game last night I’m thinking, PU looks tired to me.
