Why was there such a free throw discrepancy?  What was that about?  Offensive strategy?  Homer refs?  We really did foul them that much more?

Nobody cares who the IU grads are.  Just be an IU fan.  Don't be condescending towards IU fans when you bring a KU skew.   Sorry if I'm out of line mods

Piped in noise?  I'm not sure what that is.  TBH, it's been about 6 years since I've been to an IU game.  That's not because the viewing isn't great, it's because I'm 1000 miles away.  If I could have season tickets to go to Assembly Hall I would regardless of my couch and tv.   I'm one of those old timers that loves Assembly Hall and doesn't want it to ever go away.  If they bring the wrecking balls, I'm going to duct tape myself to the banners.  The mystique man, the mystique.

Archie Miller is promising....but hasn't shown enough success to be worthy of IU imo.  What has impressed you guys enough to deem him worthy of this big leap?   Marshall has an impressive resume, same as Donovan, same as Stevens.  Miller?  Huh?

That's an interesting question, I don't know the answer.  Why would you think so?

Not only is the Kansas court incredibly ugly, but they only have 3 title banners in the rafters lol.  They also have nothing to compare to Cook Hall.  Kansas...meh.

  This is from an IU fan site???  It's absolute garbage.  And this guy calls us classless?  Somebody buy this guy a mirror.   Besides, I have it from a good source that the 3 high school kids who chanted "Tom Crean Sucks" are actually Kentucky fans.

Good for Chris.  Good luck to him!   Anybody remember his senior year at Illinois, he was wide open on a break and went up for a dunk?  He missed it.  Then on Senior Night he mentioned that missed dunk and said he'd get it right this time.  Calbert Cheaney put Reynolds on his shoulders and "assisted" on the dunk.   :biggrin:

I remember those days well.  I can remember the buildup to that Duke/UK game.  IU had already advanced in the tourney and would play the winner of that game.  I knew IU would beat Kentucky.  I knew the refs were helping Duke win every game; thus for the first time ever I was cheering for UK to win.  Then the game happened.  Duke was getting every call.  Laettner stepped on that Kentucky dude and no foul was called.  No foul was called!  It's getting ridiculous.     Then the IU game.  Duke got every call again.  Like 812dude said, the refs fouled out 4 of our 5 starters.  I don't think I've ever seen anything as blatant as the officiating in those two games in my life.  The officials stole our 6th banner from us and gave it to Duke.  It caused me to hate Duke and Laettner forever (and Bobby Hurley).     So no, IU fans as a whole hated that punk who was gifted everything.

These jerseys were awesome.  Almost no striping, just IU logos.  I hope we switch to them forever.

He should wear that brace for the rest of his career.

Breaking it down...Ten and Vs rock.  Vitalogy and No Code suck.  Yield is a great album.  Then all those Eddie Vedder solo ukulele albums suck.  So I guess 3 of their albums are great anyway.  Plus as a confused teenager when they were rocking the radio they spoke to me.   HovaHater.
