Gregg Doyel is reporting that Hasselbeck did not practice yesterday and has been seen in an arm sling. Whitehurst and Griff Whalen are both practicing as qb right now. Let that sink in. Griff Whalen. All the sudden I'm anxious for the return of Luck. Talk about a roller coaster season.

Good stats, but I still think there's a big difference between a 2 touchdown game and a 5 touchdown game.   Oh, and I don't hate Luck.  I hate the way he's played this year and I don't hate the idea of a monster trade because so many people think he's worth more than I do, but I like him.  I'd like him to figure out how to protect the football.  I'd like to hope he can too.   I do hate that I can't talk about his failures without getting called names too.  It's really weird.

  Did you notice that the Colts got destroyed 51-16 to Jacksonville?  You lost by 2 touchdowns.  The Colts lost by 5 touchdowns.  To Jacksonville.  Ugh.     ...but still first place in the division!   :biggrin:   Next week is must win if we want to make the playoffs.

Was talking to a guy at work Friday.  He showed me pics of him with his arm around Dave Draymond, another with Ivan Moody, one with Slash.  Turns out his cousin is a very connected band manager.  Said he's been backstage to countless concerts with pics to match.  Said his wife doesn't like hard rock anymore.  All the sudden I think I/m going to be backstage for April's Disturbed/Shine Down/Chevelle show.    :biggrin:

I don't think there's anything wrong with talking about it in the first place.  The numbers  definitely supported it.  Perhaps you're underestimating just how bad Luck has been this year.

Hasselbeck is cleared to play today despite his injuries last week.  Irsay believes Luck will be available next week.   I know we've debated about whether Luck should replace Hasselbeck if we kept winning.  Last week we did not.  If we lose today the decision is easy, go back to Luck.  If we win and Hasselbeck plays poorly, go back to Luck.  If we win and Hasselback goes for 5 td's.... :scratchhead:   Anyway, go Colts today!
