(2017) OT Tyler Knight to IU
Josh replied to IU Hoosier41's topic in Indiana Football Recruiting Forum
I just found this out today. Welcome to the IU family Tyler! I love those St Petersburg kids. You can see a warming glow around them on a football field, they just "get" the game better than all you out of towners. I swear. -
Indiana v. Northwestern POSTGAME Thread

lol, I like this. We're blowing teams out in the Big Ten. I really doubt that it's sustainable, but I'm enjoying the ride. -

How bad is the weather in Bloomington? Any chance for a delay? It's damn near freezing here...under 60 degrees which means it's gotta be brutal there -
Actually it seems to me that every year we lose games to bad teams. This year we haven't yet so...progress?

That was his record tying assist. The record breaker was to Troy -

There's going to be some serious creaning at UK next year to fit the new McD AA's with only one graduating senior and no locks for the nba. -
Reading the local paper this morning, they're not happy to be losing him http://www.tampabay.com/sports/college/usf-losing-top-assistant-tom-allen-to-indiana/2261613

RIP coach. I was so excited when we hired him back in '92. He cleaned up the Meyer/Venturi mess and produced instant results. Plus he was a very likable guy unlike those two. He was a Colts guy through and through. Thanks for the memories coach
-
Hopefully he is. That means he played well throughout the end of the year and into the tournament. There's a lot of basketball yet. Is OG one and done too?
-
If he doesn't get close this year, and didn't in '13, then he won't next year.

Davis has had multiple technicals this season which is clearly a red flag. I don't know the story on these...was he yelling at refs? Opponents? Hanging on rims? What gives?

New England defensive lineman Chandler Jones took himself to the Foxboro police station because he felt like he was overdosing from synthetic marijuana. There's so much there that I don't even know where to start. Rumor has it the incident happened at Gronk's house.

Unlv fired head coach Dave Rice yesterday in the middle of the season http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/eye-on-college-basketball/25445136/unlv-fires-head-coach-dave-rice

Bruce Arians, Dwight Freeney, Cory Redding, Tom Moore all within the organization right now. This is also the team that Edgerrin James finished his career with. I guess I could get on that train. Go old Colts!

There goes that theory

Odd that both were given extensions. No way they would have given Pagano one if Grigson's job was safe. He must have been on the chopping block too, and Irsay said it's both or neither. Hopefully they cleared the air and can work together. It looks like maybe Pagano has been given authority to hire and fire assistant coaches with all the movement that's happened. I'm happy that all are gone except safeties coach Roy Anderson. We've had some great play out of our safeties during his time. Side note, who do we root for in the playoffs now? I've always liked to cheer for the one who put you out of the playoffs, somehow that makes me feel better about losing to another team. So maybe go Texans?
-
Yuck. I really liked Bassett on the court. He led the Big Ten in 3 pt % on the same team with BTPOY DJ White and BTFOY Eric Gordon. Had the Sampson mess not come down just before the postseason, I think that team could have done some damage in the tournament. But..."Bassett said Pohlman poured bleach on him first." Really?? Throw him away.

Josh Freeman slated to start for the Colts today. Nice name, bad game. Ugh.
-
I'm even souring on Irsay. When do his 3 girls take over? Unless they already have their claws on everything...yeah...that's it. Chicks are ruining our football. Josh for Colts GM.
-
I think blaming the fanbase for the team's struggles got Mike Davis fired. They don't need us to tell them how bad they look. They know. I'm sure the lockerroom mindset is messed up, but that's on them.
