The guy is a mid major coach but he’s been to a Final Four and now a Sweet Sixteen (and possibly more).... most Power Five coaches haven’t even accomplished that, someone give me a better realistic option because unless Beard wants to come here I don’t see one. count me on the Porter Moser train. -

Would you rather have Woodson or Alford? I think I would rather go Woodson since he is a bit of an unknown whereas I automatically know we're getting mediocrity with Alford lol -

If Dolson thinks Beard is the guy, then IMO he should do what he can to get him. We can't afford to get this hire wrong.

I hate to say it, but then you probably don’t get Beard. He’s already the third highest paid coach in CBB, I believe.

Technically Beard is 48 but your point stands, I think he would be great here. He was a big Bob Knight fan.... I just think we're going to have to throw the farm at him. That rumored 7 million a year offer to Stevens? We'd probably have to extend the same to Beard.
