Transfer portal is a two way street.... We could potentially lose a lot of guys in the portal but it’s now easier than ever to retool your roster via the portal.

Per NCAA rules, I believe that means he’s not allowed to offer any in-person instruction to players at practice nor is he allowed to go on recruiting visits but he can participate in recruiting visits to IU. I would assume most of his role is acting in an advisory capacity to Woodson to help him adjust to college and help with recruiting visits to Bloomington.

My initial guess, based on no insider information at all, is that Hunter is retained while Roberts is probably gone. I think everyone knows Ostrom is long gone.

That makes no sense to me. Thibs is the head coach of the Knicks, he’s not leaving to come to Indiana when he has no connection here at all. Mike Woodson wants the job but I have no clue why Thibs would even remotely consider coming here.

I don't know where we are in regards to hope with Stevens, but there is 0% chance he would decide where he's going to coach for the next few years based on the result of a single NBA game
