Didn’t expect to win but the first half got my hopes up! Am I mad, yes, I can’t stand this losing streak at Wisconsin; but to expect this team to come out after a coaching change with a majority of the previous players with some new faces and take over the B1G is a little high of an expectation for me. I hope this game causes an epiphany with Woody, Phinese doesn’t need the minutes he is getting, I don’t care if he is the best lock down defender in the whole NCAA; he is a HOLE on offense! He is 7/25 fg (28%) and 3/13 3pt (23%). The team is flat when he is on the floor, don’t get into their sets, and are just stagnant. Rob just doesn’t have it anymore, he is not the player he was projecting to be his freshman year. Yes Lander is rough, but he’s shooting 45% from the field, 33% from 3 and only has 2 more TOs than Rob. Enough is enough of Rob. X needs to figure out that at the end of the game there are other players, including better players on the floor. No Xcuse for the 5 shots in a row. Bates needs to be seeking shots, creating for himself! He also needs to be starting instead of Kopp. Not ready to give up hope yet, but the coaches have enough film now that they should start seeing who needs to be on the floor regardless of how practice goes.

Of course Brad would get away with a hook on a reviewed play!

Just the only player I could think of recently that I can remember screaming at because he couldn’t hit the wide side of a barn from 2 ft away and other teams quit guarding! But you are probably right!

I really like Rob but he has become the closest player to Newkirk. Absolutely no threat at all offensively. He is a huge hole on that side of the ball. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nebrasketball stops guarding him when he has the ball.

I have to disagree a little on the minutes effecting his play. I was at the Marshall game, and late in the second half he was starting to show some signs of being tired. There were a few plays where he seemed to be a little slow jumping and getting set defensively, luckily he didn't get slapped with a foul during this time as Bo Boroski was ready to call every ridiculous ticky tack foul he could imagine. Although it only occurred on a few plays as it seemed he caught a second wind and continued his scoring onslaught.

What a game to be at! Got to see the team punch back after getting smacked in the face and see TJD go straight NBA Jam ON FIRE mode!
