I agree with most of this, but we shouldn't have to be challenged in 8 OOC games. I think we should have about 3 top 25 games, a game in RPI 25-50. And 2 games RPI 50-100. Then 6 games where we have to win, but the RPI should never be above 300. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

I never said we should go after lower rated wings. What I'm trying to say is, the growth is shown better and it's more obvious in the lower rated wings. You can see the development and the rise, better in the lower rated recruits because they had a larger growth than the higher rated ones. Hollowell and Stan were flops, but not ever wing can turn into a beast. There are going to be guys with a bad mindset and attitude who turn into flops. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Remy got much better and turned into a solid player who ironically knew his role for us at the time during the season. Williams developed very much, maybe not his decision making but his game in general got much better. OG turned from a 200+ recruit to a projected first round pick in one season. And you already mentioned Sheehey and Oladipo's growth. Also, I wouldn't mind if Crean mentioned a thing or two about D-Wade when pitching to an athletic wing. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Please provide examples.... Andrew Wiggins was the top recruit in the country and turned out to go #1 overall. Shocker. Carlton Bragg another 5[emoji294]️ was used very poorly his first year and didn't live up to the hype at all. Wayne Selden who was also a top recruit who stayed 3 years in college and managed to go undrafted. Similar to Troy although Wayne was a much better recruit. To be perfectly honest, I can't think of another school in the country other than maybe Duke or MSU, that develops wings better than IU. We consistently are developing a SF type player, whether he's a top talent or not. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

All 3 Sophs from the 2015 class could start by the end of the season imo. I'm not saying it's likely because Hartman is a terrific player according to Bill Walton and he's a senior who has started he past 2 seasons I think.
