Question that probably will still be no even with the type of season they’re having: if Turgeon wanted to come to IU would you all be alright hiring him? Solid recruiting, Maryland’s consistently in the tournament and usually second weekend, teams are often in Top 25. ??? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Going off of this, I know for a fact Smith didn’t start a game or two during high school due to a locker room incident. I also realize Smith’s not the reason for this team’s troubles but I don’t think he’s helping out very much. Just thought I’d pass along Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Wow, I had team B at the top and did not realize Maryland’s been that good. Impressed by those 7 Q1 games and those were only losses. Can this be the year Turgeon makes a run? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

If Beilein does leave the Cavs and wants to coach college ball for 5-10 years you HAVE to reach out to him. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Yeah we’re already dead. Here’s to hoping that dead means a few tournament appearances here and there. :/ Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Garza’s the best player in the country and Archie probably thought Smith or Trayce would be able to at least hang with Livers. Little disappointing to watch. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Last year’s games against Michigan aren’t making me very confident about this one but hopefully the Hoosiers can carry some of Thursday’s magic and take advantage of some matchups. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

MSU’s not ranked right now and that game was at home. UConn isn’t even close to a good team. We need either Franklin or Green to play real well against good teams because Phinisee’s usually pretty consistent and our bigs can’t win a game on their own against a solid team. But I totally agree with your second statement that we are a very dangerous team when Green plays well because we usually don’t just beat teams but dominate like FSU and Iowa. 21. Really intrigued to see how the lineups look on Sunday. Wondering if Green will start obviously, but more so how the teams matchup. Michigan typically runs a 3 guard lineup with Franz, DeJulius and Zavier, with Livers and Teske at 4 and 5, and I can’t really imagine Livers guarding Trayce. One team’s gonna have to budge probably. 24. Thoughts: Hoosiers played great in a must-win game. From the beginning it was evident it’d be one of those lights out games from 3 and they needed it. All loose balls seemed to have a few Hoosiers either around it or on the ground and those forced turnovers in the first half really helped. Race and DeRon played great underneath and gave it their all. This may not have been Brunk’s night but it was refreshing to see a few others step up in place for him. Jerome played solid for the most part today and I loved how much he was out there. On the downside, these type of games don’t happen often and I still think it’s important to see this Hoosier team play well without being unconscious from deep. I also think tonight was a good learning opportunity for TJD. Sure he played well and put up some nice stats, but he played against the best big man he’ll face all year and got a few shots sent back and didn’t hunt his shot quite enough when Garza wasn’t on him. Armaan didn’t have his best game and rode the pine for a majority which I’m fine with when Devonte’s playing that well. Overall, loved the fight in the Hoosiers in an incredible bounce back game. Hopefully they can get streaky again on Sunday and make some real noise. Go Hoosiers Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
