Great thread, like HoosierDribbler I'm a Indiana native. I've now lived in NC longer than I lived in indiana. I will ALWAYS be a Hoosier! My parents were really into sports, especially hoops. Early on I rooted for all the teams in the state, but eventually I focused on IU. Outside of my family IU basketball is my greatest passion. Everyone loves A.J and deservedly so, but I would be shocked if RMK ever returns. One thing we know about coach is that he is stubborn as a mule. We all know what RMK meant to the program, but no individual is greater than the whole. I would love for him to be more involved, but he's not so let's move forward. In a word, tradition. Basketball means more in Indiana. There is something comforting about our "old school " unis. (Those tourney unis were hideous IMHO ).
