As I recall, UCLA was very interested in LoVett. Alford needs a PG. Then LoVett's name seemed to disappear from recruiting stories several months ago. Don't know why. Grades?

Very sorry to hear this. Wishing Coach Miller a speedy recovery.   Butler is reporting that Assistant Coach Chris Holtmann has been appointed interim head coach. Before joining Butler's staff, Holtmann was the head coach at Gardner-Webb University ( NC ) for three seasons.

I did some research on Zeisloft before he was even being mentioned as a possibility for IU, knowing that he was an available graduate transfer with two years of eligibility left. I quickly learned that he was an excellent student, a team leader ( as described by his former college coach ), and could shoot the 3. I'm very glad that he is at IU. I firmly believe he will contribute to the team both on and off the court.

I sincerely hope Crean can adjust. I'm not looking forward to IU going through another coaching change, especially since there seems to be no hot "young-but-proven" coach just waiting to come to Bloomington.
