Man, I can't wait for this season to start!   Looking forward to seeing how Yogi and JBJ mesh in the backcourt among other things. There are so many unknown factors this year. That alone will make the team exciting to watch.

I'm just plain excited. Always feel that way when BB season starts.

MSB ( Middle School Bob ) is the nickname some posters gave Priller. There is at least one older thread devoted to MSB and how his legend developed.

I'll go with the '74-'75 team because we had Greeno and Laz as well as Benson, Buckner, May, Wilkerson, and Abernathy. It was an amazing team that should have won the national championship. I wish the younger fans here could have seen them play and experienced the atmosphere in Bloomington. It was all IU basketball, all the time. Like heaven on earth for a Hoosier fan.

I'm LazOffTheBench and I'm a IU-aholic.   I freely admit that I am powerless over my IU sports addiction. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I have to check BtownBanners to see if I've missed anything, like if Shake committed at 2 am or April is still in boot while he's sleeping.   I've never posted on any sports board except the earlier version of this one. I like the homey feeling here. It's like a family. A crazy drunken family.
