Watching Fox59 now. Yogi says the responsibility for the current problems is on the players not the coach. Rest of interview to be shown later in the news program. Yogi reportedly will address whether Crean should go or stay at IU.

I was around for the whole Knight drama. It was brutal after his firing. Depending on what side you were on ( pro-Knight or it's-time-for-Knight-to-go ), even some of my family members stopped talking to each other. There was so much raw emotion. That seemed to drag on forever. Then the Davis era. I forget most of it, thankfully. Then Sampson, which I am still trying to forget. Now Crean. I just want this current drama to be over. Rebuild, get some stability, and have a team to be proud of, on and off the court. Sure, I want wins. I want championships. But I want things done the right way. I guess I am just an old man.

I'm saddened that this is going on during A.J.'s big weekend. How nice it would be if the focus could be on him, a great Hoosier.

Honestly, I am just sick about this whole situation. Don't know what news is coming out next but doubt it will be good. I'm bracing myself.   It's good to be with other IU fans during this time, however, even if we don't agree on everything. We love Hoosier basketball and all want what is best for the program.

Jordy is a good guy, always has been. He's also smart. If he hopes to coach someday, saying nice things about his former college coach is good politics.

Where are the former players speaking glowingly now of Crean? I see them tweeting about IU's great tradition but not supporting Crean.

This is all making me wonder why Cody went pro early. You know the Zeller family values a college degree.

Crean is weak. The players know that. There is no incentive to clean up their acts.
