Zeisloft is an intelligent and poised young man, no doubt about it. That presser wasn't an easy situation to be put into but he handled it with acumen. Very glad to have him at IU.

I'm excited to see how the players respond on the court. Hope they come out strong and focused, ready to show the world they have learned from these experiences.    Go Hoosiers!

I am not disrespecting Priller at all. I have praised him many times. Hard-working on and off the court, stays out of trouble, good shooter, could turn out to be a great shooter. The "MSB" stuff is part of BtownBanners' history. On my part, at least, the nickname is used with affection toward Priller. He's the team's Everyman. I'm rooting for him.

MSB looks like he's in great condition. Can handle 5 Northwood thugs at once.

Crean said "It is what it is" at least twice during the presser. Still no accountability. No wonder his team reflects that.

I was not impressed by Yogi's statement. Waiting to see if by his actions, the words he spoke mean anything to him.

Looking for the silver lining in this:   It will give players like Priller an opportunity to prove the doubters wrong.   It also will allow new guys to step up as team leaders.   Adversity can bring out the best in some people. Let's see who those people are.

So Yogi would be assigned to basically police Stan? Why do I think that might not work ?

I agree with Hoosier in AZ. His words may sound harsh but he is speaking the truth.   Being in denial about the s***storm that is our current program is not going to get us out of this mess.

Zimmerman's stepmother was tweeting about IU's program falling apart soon after the news came out. Parents are watching and top recruits will not be coming here until we make a complete turn around. That means getting rid of Crean and the bad apples on this team.

I think Yogi needs to spend some significant time on the pine, too.

If the next coach needs the immediate support of the fan base and the donors, does that pretty much narrow it down to Stevens or a former IU player? If so, I think that would limit us too much.   Greenberg would be okay but I don't think it's a hire that would excite people.

If there was a meeting this evening, I doubt we would hear any news about it tonight anyway. More likely tomorrow. Or not.

It just sounds like the same old words to me. Let Yogi speak with his actions instead.
