Can you throw the ball in the backcourt in the women’s game? -

I don't know how you defend this team for a full 40 minutes. Scalia, CMM, Parrish, Garzon, and Berger can all get on a heater quick, fast, and in a hurry. Mack can punish defenses inside with steady scoring or force teams to help leaving the others wide open. It's fantastic to see this team respond to CTM after being challenged. Let's get another 20 minutes of great basketball from these Hoosiers! -

CTM knows her team well and the right strings to pull. Great to see the Hoosiers bounce back after a bad start. -
I was curious about purdoodoo's "easy" road to a Big 1.o regular season conference championship so I did some digging. Head to head: 2-0 (IU) Same opponent, same location: 8-3 (pu) - 6-5 (IU) Teams: Iowa, @Maryland, @Michigan, @Northwestern, Michigan State x2, Rutger, @Penn State, Nebraska, Ohio State, @Minny Combining these two categories and we're tied with purdoodoo at 8-5. They have Illinois at home as the last remaining same opponent, same location data point. We won that game. At best, pu can tie us at 9-5 against same opponent, same location. Same opponent, different location: 6-0 (pu) - 2-3 (IU) pu: Maryland, Penn State, @Wiscy, @Nebraska, @Ohio State, Minny IU: @Iowa, @Illinois, Northwestern, @Rutger, Wiscy Purdoodoo feasted in the same opponent, different location category going 6-0. Two of these wins came against the bottom dwellers OSU and Minny who were circling the drain for much of the Big 1.o season. Only 1 of their unique games came against a team with an above .500 record in Big 1.o play while 5 of our 6 will come against teams with a better than .500 conference record. Conclusion: I believe we could have at least tied purdoodoo, with a real possibility of winning it outright, given the same schedule. Such is life in the Big 1.o, we still could have pushed for a conference crown had we not shat all over ourselves for that three game stretch or curled into the fetal position on several other occasions.

If you search for 'big ten tourney bracket projections' with your favorite search engine it should be there. http://bball.notnothing.net/big10.php?sport=mbb -

I would think Michigan would fit that description being on the wrong side of the bubble. However, we were once that team and tucked tail. -

A desperate Michigan team coming into Assembly Hall on the last day of the regular season after rolling over in previous home game. Should be fun -
Maybe? Edit: yes, Sunday. Make it a 15 OT game
-
That's the equivalent of tapping out no?
-
Hoping for 10 OTs so Michigan is tired on Saturday?!
-
With this much time they might be going back to see if the clock started on time to begin the half.
-
They're trying to get word from Big 1.o offices if they should allow this
-
-
Still a lot has to happen I believe. IU has to win then Maryland has to lose again. Iowa has to lose at home to Nebraska and possibly some other stuff.

Does Boum take Xavier past a Sweet 16? Seems like he’s the type of lead guard that could put a team on his back.
-
Out with torn ACL, hope for a quick recovery. That’s tough

So you're thinking we have 2 more opportunities to effect our seeding with the game against Michigan and first game in Big 1.o tourney before the committee stops paying attention to the games? -

I'd add scheme, your perimeter defenders consistently getting beat while your bigs rotate to block the shot giving up offensive rebounds. Effort has a lot to do with it too. Blocking out vs. just going for the ball -

IU playing 5D chess while others are playing checkers. If we drop below 30 that changes a home win against us to Q2 while they move below 30 which results in a Q1 win for us. This is genius! -

I don't understand how we can get outrebounded like we do often. I believe it's more than just unlucky bounces at this point no? We have good to great size at every position. It has to be something else......... -

Ahh I remember that one. Didn't it lead to a losing streak before their get right game against us the first go round? -

I don't recall where Perkins was ranked but good on him for developing and contributing to a solid Iowa team. Hope Gallo and his hair continue to develop to impact our team. It would be nice if quantity allowed those percentages to really make an impact and get the consistency figured out from some players too. -

You really had me questioning things. I haven't paid that close attention but that would be one heck of a jump. I could see a move into the mid 30s depending on what others in front of them did today. -

Jump from the 40s to the 20s this late in the season?!
