Just an update as many of us have followed this recruitment for years...   Some talk around Evansville that he will be committing to Oregon. Then it came out he is visiting this weekend so that may have some legs to it. Honestly, who knows? 

Steve Robinson, a UNC assistant, is also Blackwell's uncle. Certainly helps their cause, but his comments don't seem to suggest that connection will make it a lock by any means.

I think he has came out and said he didn't actually cut his list. The staff is in contact though, which is somewhat telling imo.

FWIW, Sharma reclassified from the '14 class to the '15 class. Apparently, he  plans to stay in the '15 class as of now.

If you think Yogi is playing like trash, than you don't understand basketball. I'm sorry, it really is that cut and dry. Missing a few layups that no one else in the big ten would have been in a position to even have....he is absolutely leading this offense. We are where we are in this game because of Yogi. Defensively, he is one of the top two for us on the floor tonight. If that is trash, then we're going to have to agree to disagree.

The list from all the nominees was cut today to 50. JB jr made the cut. The final cut will be Jan 29th, according to their website.

Haven't heard this rumor anywhere but the game thread. Not saying it is true or untrue, but there seems to be a few holes in the rumor. I did see JH's high school coach has spoke, briefly, about the situation. Crean contacted him before the game to inform him of the situation. He is selling the needed to get focused line, as well.
