  I'd say 5-6 man class. IU would rather land 1 or 2 of these 6'7 wings/tweeners than a big man they aren't sure on. IU, right now,  thinks they can do better than Gustys and Cimino. Whether that be through grad transfers or what is yet to be seen, but that is what I'm hearing. Either way, I would expect IU to recruit deep into the spring for this class.   In terms of being confident, I'd say Cunningham is the one I'd feel most confident about committing to IU as of now. Iowa State remains a player with Vaughn going to UNLV. Bradley seems to be Mom's favorite. Depaul is nearly out because Mom wants him away from Chicago. If MSU gets involved, things could change. Not sure on Creighton's position here, but I believe they are actively recruiting him as well.   Soooooo....cross your fingers for a grad transfer in terms of bigs, and be ready for a commit or two from someone who posters swear is the exact same player as Devin Davis :)

MSU seems to be the wildcard here. Iowa State gets its share of chatter. I'd take him, we may need him next year.

Fwiw, people believe Iowa State is a serious player in Cunningham's recruitment. 5-star Rashad Vaughn will announce at 6:30, tonight, and word is it is UNLV. Thanks for the insight, hope you continue to provide updates.Seems like the recent hire of Rob Judson is playing a role in our recruiting. I know his role is somewhat limited in recruiting, but really see things heating up with IL prospects (Cunningham, Hutton, Brunson)   For me, '15 is ideal to grab a big time PG. In theory, one year behind Yogi, and then its their time. I like Crawford or Brunson.

Sorry for the delayed response. I wouldn't classify him as either. He is certainly not a shooter. In fact, his jump shot is pretty broken. He is able to get by defenders at this level, but I wouldn't classify him as a slasher. I wouldn't project BC to score over 10 ppg at the college level.   Having said that, BC is still a very special player. Being the PG, obviously he has a chance to affect nearly every offensive set. His three greatest strengths, imo, are his basketball IQ, his vision, and his ability to pass. The combination of those three make him very dangerous, and incredibly fun to watch. Really has some flash to some of his passes. BC is a great guard to lead a team, but he is going to need offensive threats to get the ball to. I don't believe BC would thrive if given what Yogi's role is this year.    If you had to pick one player to compare him to, it would be Rajon Rondo, without a doubt.

To be fair, Blueitt was not very interested in IU at that point. Blueitt stated pretty consistently throughout his recruitment that he was looking at depth at his position. Blueitt will be a great player, and you can make a case that the staff should have prioritized him early (although they maxed out CV's during his last HS season I believe) or, maybe that they should have been more picky with their signings at wing throughout the years, but all of this was said and done once he decommitted from UCLA.

No worries, I can see how it reads like that.
