Purdue is where his guardian, Roosevelt Barnes, played football.   Chicago St. was the first to "believe" in him.   New Mexico's HC, Craig Neal is from Muncie In and assistant Alan Huss used to coach at La Lumiere and has Indiana ties.   That being said, CS saying Chicago St would get a visit based on that tells you he has it narrowed down.

UK too on the 11th. Cal, Payne and Rohrssen. Rohrssen has been involved forever and probably has the lead role here at this point

JM committed on the visit Sat and the staff moved to Shake. It may have gone unreported, I don't know, but staff met with Shake at school for workouts and, later, at home early this week. A little bit of assuming on this part but looks like Shake waited for JM to have his moment then announced he wouldn't be visiting Illinois. I think that may have been settled Tues.
