They absolutely pounded us (IIRC) Chapman's freshman year.

The way education has become, I'm not sure that many high school graduates know the difference between Idaho and Iowa these days and I doubt 30% can find them both on a map, without the words!

Chapman was a UK star and a Solid NBA player. He'd be more the equivalent of Cheaney doing it, not Leary.

ok. Kinda hard to tell the intent. Unfortunately it looks like our only non-losable game might be Indiana State, but maybe only because it's already occurred.

Although, this weekend his Missouri visit will be for the Indiana game... yippee     So Mizzou won't have a strong football schedule advantage, at least....

Let's hope NONE of his visit priorities are based on the quality of the football teams opponent!

I agree. I think the "1 oversign" was a big ten rule when other conferences could theoretically have had 13.

And I don't think that team had enough talent for Dean Smith to coach either. He needed the best of the best, the absolute best to win titles. And there has never been a team that "should have won a title"

As much as I like AJ and would love to have Coach Knight back, I think AJ went about it the wrong way.   Rather than picking up the phone and calling Coach, man to man, like he did on the previous 4 times of need, he called him out publicly. The letter was from/for AJ to US more than to Coach. I doubt this will resonate with RMK like a heart-felt personal request and I personally believe this will make all the difference in the world. And that's too bad.
