The LIU game probably kept IU from breaking into the top 25. I agree with Hwy in that we probably need to win this tournament to make it into the top 25.

Agree with you Jaybob. Improvement is evident from game to game. I'm really enjoying watching the team develop. Now about those free throws, they can correct this! The way they play and they way the hand check rule is being called, they will be going to the FT line a lot. Converting those attempts into points will win games. Extra time in Cook Hall can bump up that FT stat line. I want to see them step up to the line with confidence. Make it happen, boys.

Love how this team is evolving. Devin Davis is my most pleasant surprise of the freshmen,so far. He comes in and busts it on the boards and the defensive end. Enter Collin. He looks so confident on the court. His passing, spacing, defense: I've got no complaints other than I think he needs to be ready to shoot when he receives the ball. On Friday night's game he looked like he was going to shoot a three, gave a shot fake to lose the defender and dribbled in for a little jumper. Very nice. Hopefully, we'll see more of this. He is a good player that is going to be around for more than a year or two. Question: Does anyone think he's taking Austin Etherington's minutes? Austin didn't lose the warmup jacket Sunday night.

Love his game. Noah is going to be a major headache for the rest of the B1G.

What a difference a few days and watching game tape can do for this team. They're improving by the day. Defensively, I think the team did a good job. My concern is hitting free throws. The way the game is being called, players will be on the line a lot. Stony Brook shot very well from the line and was able to stay close. We, on the other hand, shot poorly from the FT line and that allowed SB to stay with us. If we shoot FT 70-75% instead of 50% or less then we would have dominated the opponent. I just think we've got to shoot better than 50% from the stripe if we're going to put teams away.

Saw T.J. taking pictures/video of the AH crowd last night. Probably was impressed with the atmosphere. In reality, it was relatively mild. He should see us when the opponent is Michigan, MSU, OSU, Wisky, or anyone else in the B1G. Assembly Hall...amazing atmosphere.

Wow! That's a lot of hate. I hope MSU beats UK and bad. Under no circumstances do I want UK to go undefeated.

Thanks for the highlights. Went to the game last night and came away a happy Hoosier. Oh the athleticism! Even though we had a slow start, it was apparent that this team is trying to "figure it out." This group is evolving into a cohesive unit. The more they play together, the better they execute. I'm hoping to see this team make strides on the defensive end of the floor. With so many long, athletic bodies, the potential is there. Stan was a defensive menace. He looks like a floor general that is ready to lead. Luke is a true 5. Noah has me scratching my head. Soft shooting touch except for those free throws! The beginning of the season is really going to be fun to watch as this team learns how to play together. Is it Friday yet?

I'm really looking forward to going to the game tonight. Sounds like everyone will be able to play. I particularly want to see Hanner. When I watched the replay of the first exhibition game, I felt like his game had made huge strides from last season. Hope to see a physicality from him down low.
