So sorry to hear of Peter's loss. I can't imagine being so far removed from ones family at a time like this. My sincerest condolences.

I hope you're right. I would love to see Hanner become a force inside. Would be great for him and great for the program to attract future bigs. That said, I believe he is going to have to make a truly committed effort this summer to advance that basketball IQ and his skills to where they've got to be.

If we do play in the NIT, I only hope it helps develop this team as much as it did for Iowa last year.

I saw Jeremy's play, especially in the first half, as a positive for himself and the team. Both needed to see him come in and make something good happen. As I recall, he had several contributions but the one that stood out to me was when he went hard to the basket, scored, and got fouled. The camera caught his teammates giving him some fives, but I noticed the look on his face. He almost smiled. He has had a look of frustration on his face the entire season. Success feels good. He needs to be assertive and physical. Let's see what he brings against Penn State.

Watched a little of a D league game Sunday afternoon. Fab Melo and Devin Ebanks played. I could have watched a church league game and been more entertained. Opportunity is what you make of it. Staying in school to better himself would be a wise choice to best prepare Noah for a lifetime. IMO.

Was curious about OSU remaining schedule. With 8 games left, I would expect a multiple game suspension. Suppose he misses 3 games, he would be back for the home game against Texas Tech. Bet that doesn't happen.

Personally, I'd really like to see a home and away series with Louisville. It's a bus trip! Crazy that we don't play them.

My preference is a juco that adds skill and maturity. Sounds like this is a player that has figured out how best to use what he has. Particularly liked the hard nosed and aggressive qualities.

Like several on here, I think we'll see a wing transfer after the season is done. It would not surprise me if it were two. Sounds like this kid fits the mold for what coach likes in the wing recruits. I find it interesting that we're shopping in the Chicago area. This is a market that has not been open to us. Has there been anyone wear the candy stripes since Isaiah? Maybe this recruit gets our foot in the door for others. Does Jabari have a little brother?

I thought the game was a good example of a team's defense keeping them in the game. Iowa's defense was very problematic for MSU. Thank goodness because they couldn't buy a FG.

Same here. He never gets over on my side of the state. I believe I saw where FoxSport Indiana was going to broadcast some ihsaa tournament games. Maybe they will carry one of his games if they advance in the tourney.

I looked on ihsaa.org and they list Marion in the Kokomo sectional and then Marion hosts the regional.

Maybe I'm dreaming, but I think Noah stays another year. He is likely the B1G Frosh of the year. What other freshman player impacts their team more than Vonleh? But I think this guy has the determination to work to improve his already impressive skills. Maybe next year he will be in the Wooden Award conversation. Really hope he stays.
