I agree partly on the system, however his recruiting shows more of his vision than his resume at IU thus far. Rob, Hunter, Race, Lander, Geronimo,TJD etc. I believe those long scoring draughts are going to be in the rear view mirror. (hopefully) Nothing against Al and Justin, but I don't believe Archie would have recruited them in a full recruiting cycle. 2way players and "want to" players is what he's looking for.

When you say a player has peaked at the age of 20-22 years old, it sort of discounts your argument. If we have 4 or five guards better than Al, then I would say Archie is taking this program in the right direction.

So speaking the "truth" involves trashing a high school kid and entire community. Not to mention, threatening people. You think ESPN cares that he has a #1 AM radio show? In the world we live in today, it's all about saving face! I personally don't listen to him, but he is not the person I want representing my school and basketball program!

I get that, but almost every post could be moved to the negativity thread. We're all passionate about IU basketball, but most are realistic about it. When incremental improvement in wins is less important than the way it looks, that's irrational thinking. Archie said from day one it would take a few years to get things in place. In the next year or two, if he doesn't hold up his end of the deal, then Dolson will be judged on how he deals with it.

That's exactly why you're on a forum, and not making decisions like this!
