Caleb + TJ + Braxton = Dream Class. If that happens, it will be the surest sign that CTC has righted the ship. -
No veteran, successful NBA head coach becomes a college assistant coach. Ever. Period.

Excellent basketball coach. Top shelf human being.

South Carolina or St. Johns is my guess, but hey, ya never know. -
I hope Coach KJ stays. If he goes I wish him nothing but the best... but I hope Coach KJ stays.

JTreesh! Welcome to Btownbanners. You are an excellent poster that will be valued round these parts! Hope you settle in for awhile.

What I have learned so far from his Twitter account: 1) Bears fan :good: 2) Music fan :good: 3) Sports junkie - follows NFL, NBA and college hoops

You make a valid point. Stats are nice but they don't tell the whole story. Great stats can mean great player...or not; merely 'good' stats can mean great player... or not. However, ya' can't teach 7'0", athletic, high-motor, and smart! Hopefully that's what we've just gotten.

Damn, I wish we had Blueitt. Damn, I'm glad we don't have Lyle. -
Max saw the Watshot on tv as it happened, and said to himself "I wanna play there someday". Pretty cool stuff from that ITH interview.

(2014) C Ruben Guerrero to USF

I'd rather hold back a scholly than bring in a kid that doesn't have real upside and a plus work ethic. -

Guerrero looked to be the least physically aggressive out of all of them. Yates and Adams seem to have a much more physical personality on the court. -

I don't. From the video and news articles that I saw, young Mr. Guerrero had little to no chance of effectively defending a high-major college big. -

Seems like we took a look and decided not to pursue. -
Just a pet peeve of mine. You are a consistently excellent poster!

Good post and I don't want to get too socio-political on this thread...but: I don't give a rat's ass whether he's white, black, green or plaid, I just want him to be the cocky/great shooter/pain in the ass that ticks the other team off.

Yup. Noah Vonleh's minutes per game average was lowered by...say...the two fouls he picked up in the first two minutes and the four fouls in a total of ten minutes vs UConn? Or the 17 minutes in the Kennesaw State blowout, or the early foul trouble vs Iowa? Vonleh played over thirty when he wan't in foul trouble. Period. Yogi selfish? Who else could create their own shot when the shot clock was winding down? Yogi was 40% from three. Would you have rather that Jeremy, Stan or Austin took those shots? The team thought it was a GOOD IDEA to turn the ball over way too much? All right, I understand that's hyperbole. Turnovers are a big part of why we had a down year. A down year with three freshmen starting; two of them in ball-handling positions. Save the condescension; we all know that needs to be fixed. Oh, and our "laughable" offensive sets produced top ten offenses nationally and the best offense in the B1G for two straight years before last year. Sheesh.

Otherwise, I think you've entered a great post.
