Kopp will guard Dick. JHS will draw McCullar Race on Wilson. X on Harris TJD on Adams Should be the same matchups on the other end of the court -
Oh puhleeease. IU has had some clowns as coaches going waaay back. DiNardo, Corso, Kevin 'concussion' Wilson? There've been some doozies. At least Tom Allen is a quality human being. Hoping he can get the job done but not liking the odds.

(2023) - G Julianna LaMendola to INDIANA
Stuhoo replied to Class of '66 Old Fart's topic in Indiana Women's Basketball
Have you guys seen this? A 41 minute video inside the basketball world of Lamendola. The young lady is focused; positive, chippy, and competitive as hell.. And skilled! @Demo will love, love the footwork. The shoulder drops when she's protecting the ball in the lane, and then the spin cycle begins. She's been watching some Mackenzie Holmes videos, who's been watching some Kevin McHale videos. The jumper is clean and ultra-repeatable. Winner, winner, winner: -

Kansas is an undersized team. Duncomb may get playing time but I expect it won’t be in this game. Now Kaleb Banks? You never know when Woody decides it’s his turn to show what he’s got. Some will be surprised when Banks is thrown into a competitive game in the first half, but I won’t be. -

Garzon is destined to be a first team All American. She can do everything and has savant level basketball IQ coupled with general 'bad-assery'. -

In limited minutes she looks like she's got a plus first step. I am optimistic. -

Northwestern almost got their athletes employee status. This is another try at it.

I’ll be listening to Dickie V BAYBEEEEEEE (and hating it) -
That’s an extraordinarily well-written letter by an extraordinarily self-aware young man. Seems like he’s now well on his way to finding success and happiness. Stanford kids? Hire ‘em

New Coach Walters' comments, with my translation of what he really means in parentheses: "When I first heard about Drew coming back to help coach our guys for the bowl game, I was hoping the rumors were true," (I WAS REALLY, REALLY PISSED) Walters said. "Our players have the opportunity to learn from one of the greatest leaders in football history, (EVEN THOUGH THE RAT BASTARD HAS NEVER COACHED ANYONE AT ANYTHING) a valuable experience that they will never forget (BECAUSE ALL OF THE MEDIA WILL BE ABOUT HIM NOW). Drew taking time out of his busy schedule (CONSISTING OF COUNTING HIS PENSION MONEY AND WATCHING GUY'S GROCERY GAMES RERUNS) to coach the bowl game is a perfect example of Purdue football being one big family (THAT APPARENTLY I AM NOT A PART OF IN FULL YET), and I cannot wait to see him on the sidelines in Orlando. (TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE BASTARD THAT CLEARLY WANTS MY JOB)"

"Slowed down" was the word choice, but Wilson got 15 shots in that game - they simply didn't go in at his normal rate. Could be that good defense and scheme forced him into bad shots and didn't defer to teammates, or could be that he simply missed shots that he usually makes at a higher rate. -

IU football makes me feel queasy. That's a fact (Jack).

Lots of Chris Beard speculation here. I have a perspective based on extensive experience with evidentiary situations, and I will state irrefutable facts for all: Until and unless you have the ability to personally examine the evidence, there is no way to accurately assess what happened. Even when you have the ability to personally examine the evidence, sometimes it is still difficult to accurately assess what happened. When people draw educated, rational conclusions from limited available evidence, they are often, but not always right. Justifying potentially criminal actions as warranted/defensible without a full command of the evidence is not wise. If you think that my takeaways don't help to clarify what happened? Then you now understand how it really works.

Two things: 1) He looks like Bidunga’s highlight film explosiveness. 2) What the **** is wrong with that announcer for those clips. -

I still feel like Logan Duncomb should have the ability to come in a game and immediately punch someone in the neck while shooting a loogie at the opposing bench. -
Sorry—I’m guilty of that. Booker! Looks like a multi-year good player who’s leaning toward IUFB.
-
That's rough Nips - sorry for your loss; sounds like the guy left so many good-time memories with so many people. A life well-lived.
