  1.   You "just thought you'd provide a laugh" by posting the exact same thing on BtownBanners, 247, and Scout on the same day to provide a little levity about a coach you really, really don't care for.   1) You're po'd because this board figured it out. 2) When you read the posts that outed you, you got a little case of "message board flop sweat".      Don't deny it...you did. 2) Your false indignation sucks.
  2.   Are you the Pat Foley that used to play varsity bball for Marquette and works there now?   PS: Tom Crean took Marquette to a final four and into the Big East. Buzz took them as far as an Elite Eight. Apparently in your mind that means:  "and I am thankful Buzz took us further forward ".

    2014-2015 Season has officially begun!

Oohh, oohh:   "The Six Commandments" of Indiana Basketball!     Nice
  4.     Well, I guess I can appreciate that...ONCE OUTED, you decided to show your true self.   PS: If you think that CampCrean's eye is anything other than laser-focused, you are vastly under-estimating him.
  5. I'm not done with my detective work:   Here's an opinion piece by Pat Foley. Not sure if it's the same Pat Foley, but I wouldn't be surprised: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   STEREOTYPED: RANKING THE MOST NOTABLE COACHES IN COLLEGE BASKETBALL NOVEMBER 14, 2013  PAT FOLEYTom Crean (Indiana)  I have never seen a coach flop around like a Teletubby until I laid my eyes on you. Constantly swaying back and forth the bench like you actually are out-coaching someone. NEWSFLASH: You are not very good and you’re a one hit wonder thanks to Dwayne Wade. You, my friend, are a schmuck.   Buzz Williams (Marquette) The most underrated college coach in any sport. He always seems to find a way to over achieve every season with a bunch of three star recruits and junior college transfers. This man never has a voice come the second half, which I love. Stressing defense and tempo constantly while never taking a seat qualifies for “My All-Fiery Team”.
  6. BTW;   The "1st time poster" who put this on our board is Patrick Foley, a long-time Marquette fan that also placed this thread on the 247 board and the Scout IU board.   Not sure if he's trying to troll for a negative reaction or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's Mr. Foley's motivation. If that's the worst he's got on Coach Crean...sigh...   Just sayin'.

(2016) SG Bruce Brown to Miami

Goes to the same prep school where Emmitt Holt was destined; Vermont Academy. Obviously some connection between our staff and the Vermont Academy staff.   The good news is; Vermont Academy is a real prep school; over 125 years old, a campus of over 500 acres, and many, many alums who are distinguished for their academics.   Plus...Bruce Brown appears to be a big-time player.    ALL looks excellent with this one!
  11.   Only because Juwan Morgan and his family had cleared out TIS the previous weekend!!
  12.   More likely "and then there were two".   IU or OU

(2015) C Thomas Bryant to IU

I saw him on ESPNU during the Peach Jam.   He is a true defensive big, and a very good one at that.

  15.   Your information has always been relayed with purpose.    This earlier post from this thread should be re-read by all; it is absolutely relevant for both Joey Brunk and Paul Scruggs.
  16. Brady Hoke?   He gone.   Really, really bad. Really, really bad judgment. Really, really bad.
  17.     It's the conundrum when recruiting high-character kids.   They don't have handlers; they have families that they're extremely close to.  Those families want to be near them.
  18.   You mean...THE CLARK KENT OF DUNKS!!??!! This guy makes Troy Williams and Hanner Perea look like they have "Jeff Howard hops".   Hey John Clark Kent...HIT IT!!:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jJb3VIu_zk
  19. Legend Robertin of Chipola racking up offers and interest from high majors by Brad Winton September 13, 2014 By Brad Winton  Legend Robertin, a 7’0 center at Chipola College, is an athletic big man who has only been playing basketball for three years prior to arriving in Marianna, FL. He is beginning to generate plenty of recruiting interest and offers from high major programs. Robertin didn’t play in any national JUCO events this summer, so many college coaches are getting their first look at him this month in workouts at Chipola. Robertin, whose parents are from St. Lucia, was born in England and ran track until he was 16 years old and started playing basketball after that according to friend of the family. He will have three years of eligibility after playing this season at Chipola, which is another reason that he is drawing such heavy interest. Ole Miss and Pitt recently stopped in to see him with many others on their way. College coaches will have a chance to see Robertin for the first time in a team setting in early October at a JUCO Jamboree (multi-team scrimmage). Robertin has offers from the following schools: Memphis, Tennessee, Florida State, Texas Tech, Ole Miss, Alabama, South Carolina, Arkansas, West Virginia He has also received interest from Florida, but they have not offered yet.

  21. A little more Legend-ary action.    FYI...stay tuned for the #1 play in the video - a really cool dunk by a Brit named John Clark!   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELtwiRgU1qk
  22.   Thanks for sharing.   I recommend a cocktail of Pepto Bismol and Beano.

    April still in boot.

Okay...it's time to play to play amateur detective:   Emitt Holt is standing right next to Colin Hartmann, and looks to be a good two inches taller. He also looks a foot taller than Yogi (lol)
