Thats what I got. Even worse from the line. If we can't hit the 3, we need to get better at the line. We are going to be at the line a lot with how much we are getting to the rim.

I think Noah and Troy look decent. Noah is forcing at times. He needs to learn to pick his spots better. I thought HP looked decent. Luke looks rusty, but you would expect that as long as he has been out. Yogi is the leader of this team. Will is kind of surprising to me. He just doesn't look like he can get in to the flow of the game. Back to the freshman, Hartman really didn't do anything of importance bad or good.

Meh. Troy Williams is the best player on both ends. I got him 3-8 missing both 3 attempts. 1 of 2 from the line. With 4 boards. Yogi is just mainly shooting 3s and hitting a few. Noah may lead the conference in boards this year. He will be top 3 for sure. Troy is doing it at both ends. Very active. We are going to love this kid. He has bought in.

I think we look best so far offensively with Troy on the floor. That surprises me a bit.

Yes it was. That move was by a freshman that people said was projectable, but wasn't where he needed to be. Noah is the best player on the court, but Troy isn't far behind. Yogi is being Yogi. Will looks off, but its early.

I got Noah with 5 boards already and 4 points. He has went 0-2 from the line. Troy is so fluidly athletic if that is the right way of saying it. Hanner is just athletic, but Troy looks smooth.

Oh, and on my count we are 1-6 from 3. That is what we are going to miss this year more than anything else and it isn't even close.

Like the effort Evan is bringing. Unfortunately when Troy and Noah left the floor the offense has just stood around. You can't put that much on the freshman. Defensively still looks like Hanner is a step slow. Noah WILL NOT get bodied around as a freshman. That dude is a man.

Keeping stats so far. Look very athletic. Kids doing some bad things, but some young habits that won't work at this level. Noah passed down to the baseline which led Will into a double team and TO. You can tell early this is a team that will score in bunches, but can go quiet for a while. I like Troy's shot. Looks like he has worked on it hardcore. They are using him exactly how they used Vic in the offense last year and Noah is Cody setting picks at the top of the key and rolling.

Yeah, he said it wasn't a strong possibility, but he would try. He was taking his SAT next weekend (thought that is what I read). Some people thought with his nephew being born 4-5 months premature that may have played a role in him not being able to come and he stayed/staying in Evansville. That would make sense, but nobody said for sure that was the case.

Excellent! Take pics and share them if you can. If not, its not a big deal. We hope to get an album going for each game to show everyone that doesn't have the opportunity what IU basketball really is. Sometimes that is taking your kids or friends to a game, and just having a good time. Enjoy the game!

Alright guys and gals, I was going to do rapid reactions to the games this year. Hopefully all of them, if my schedule allows. Obviously they aren't showing these games live and I am too cheap to pony up the cash to watch them online. They probably won't have too much of a detailed account of these games until they show them after the fact, so if anyone wants to post anything for these games as they happen or afterwards that would be great. If not, I am sure most like myself will watch the replay and I can post something a little less than rapid.

Yep. When you have a 500 point swing from dinner to the morning something is up when total votes are about 7000 lol. They said they were going to wait until after this round, but they didn't figure we would do it again. Well, it makes me feel even better about it that they had to.
