I think so just because we will be even more reliant on our stars this year than last, and that is saying something. If our top 3 aren't having a stellar year then we are in trouble.

Bold prediction.... Hmm... Making it to the finals of the BTT. That helps us get a 4 seed in the tournament where we lose to Kentucky. That pains me to say, but we are staying in the Midwest and playing in Indy against Kentucky. I am going. Worst case is a Bubble/In year where we are either playing in the play in game (would make me very mad) or have a 9 seed.

Honestly, I am going to quit speaking in absolutes when dealing with this class. I have said for a while there is no way JB comes to IU, and I don't think he does, but how can anything be certain? Don't know if its a social media thing or if these kids just have way too many people in their ear. This is just getting odd.

Dude don't worry about it. We are all adults, well for the most part. Hard to read intent through the computer. You didn't cross any lines. Its all for debate. I personally couldn't see Florida. How do you act star struck at IU and then go to Florida and the most exciting tweet is about gator tail? That just doesn't add up. I have been to IU, but I have also been to UF campus. IU has some hot women, but UF has some HOT women. I am on the fence and I know some will go up in arms when I say this. The only thing, IMO, UF has over IU is beaches, weather, and women... Now I duck and cover lol.

Thanks hoosierpap. Believe me, I had some pretty good info on Gary Harris on TSS and people weren't having it because it wasn't all Pro-IU. Then when people were saying we were 100% out of it, we weren't and I shared that. That is why when after he committed he said "IU was 2nd for sure", he wasn't lying. People were thrown off by that. After that the way I tried thinking of it was more of how I was as a kid? I was never 100% in anything. I probably leaned ways, but I would put myself in other situations in my head to see if it was the right fit. Usually mine didn't have to deal with my overall future, it was usually women. So, that should make it even easier to see even when the choice is obvious, it isn't. They are still battling with themselves for the right decision. Nothing is cut and dry. I am sure he would ask those around him more about the other schools he is looking at. That is how I got any info on GH. My aunt is a neighbor and is a college professor at IUPUI. She went to college at PU. Gary's mom would ask her things on the academic side to get an unbiased opinion of the different schools. It is simple things like this that typically gets info out there. I still got IU on this.

Yep, I would be perfectly content with this class as well. I think its a solid chance at a 3-4 year class with upside and some immediate talent that would mesh nicely.

We will be in an excellent spot if we gain a commit from this kid. He will have to get his body ready for the next level, but we have seen what kids look like after a summer in the weight program. Other than that his game is solid. I will be very excited if we get a commit.

Its 2014. He will decommit two times over before committing for a team before the fall signing.

We will see. I think a bunch of his teams on the back end of that list won't be there by the time January comes around. You always see teams where you feel they could move up and some will move back. I think atleast 5 of them won't be there come January. Harvard, Colorado, New Mexico, Wichita St., and VCU (If they are there will be on back end). I think UConn moves back. Notre Dame probably won't be there during conference play. So yeah, I really put little stock in his list.

Just looking at his Twitter, it doesn't seem he is as hyped on the UF visit. I really hate overanalyzing the thoughts of a 17 or 18 year old, but he seemed to be in awe while he was in IU. Doesn't seem to be the case at all on this visit.

Yes it is. I flew into Orlando yesterday. I just drove down to Cape Coral to visit family. Hard to get a job down here though. You have to have a Florida drivers license for everything. Hard to have that when you are trying to move into the area. Oh well. Back to Indiana for me in a few days to work in lovely Fort Wayne...

Read through a couple of UConn recruiting articles and it seems they don't want to load up on 2014 fillers. They feel with all of the coaches able to recruit at the same time they can do better in 2015 and they don't want a lopsided class unless they were sure someone would leave was headed to the NBA. For DR I am sure they would take him. He would have to be the jewel of a class for them. That said it sounds like they are really hitting up the 2015 class.

Yep, it was formerly Verizon Wireless center, and before that Deer Creek. They keep selling it off. The good thing is they extended out the pavilion since Deer Creek and it rained like hell last night. As for the woman lets just I saw more of her boobs than all of the women combined in a HoosierReb thread. Nothing against bigger girls. They need love too. She was just way too comfortable.

Ha, Deftones themselves are amazing, but hard rock/alternative. They actually played their song Change, so that made me happy. Avenged Sevenfold is a top hard rock band right now. They actually played for an hour and a half. Crowd was nuts. It was raining, but I was in the pavilion. The people on the lawn were having a good time with the yard. Avenged Sevenfold, imo, has the best guitar player out there or close to it right now. The first band was a little iffy. They are new, but more of a shock rock type of a deal.

Man, I go to one Deftones and Avenged Sevenfold concert and miss out on all of the drama. Lol, all I said was nice things on the way and I am deleted. After that, they can go to hell. I thought that was crappy. I would have still posted from time to time. But, if that is the way they want to be about it, then have at it. Couldn't be happier to be here. That was the icing for me. FYI, at Klipsch it is $11 for a beer. I seriously paid $50 and got about 15 rows from stage (amazing concert if you like that music) and spent almost $100 on beer. Something wrong with this picture... Unfortunately for me I sat next to a rather large woman who was very comfortable in showing off her body when anyone would ask.
